Great experience - strong recommendation to anyone visiting Palermo!

Pros: After some bad experiences with hotels/apartments in this region, this apartment was a breath of fresh air. Great amenities, a host who seems to genuinely enjoy what they do, and provides a very comfortable apartment and experience. I hope to be able to return one day. Here are some of the things we liked: - Good location, you can reach the city center in about 15 minutes utilizing the tram - Warm welcome by the host, with clear check in and check out instructions - Washing machine - High quality WIFI that works throughout the entire house - Small things like water, coffee, and some sweets were provided - Spacious apartment - We arrived an hour early and were able to check in immediately, along with a very generous 30 minutes late check out.

Cons: - The host initially quoted us a slightly higher cost for the holiday tax than needed (we corrected them). I believe this was 100% an honest mistake, but the correct amount was stated on booking.com. I recommend both hosts and guests be aware of the correct amount. - There was some noise from the trains throughout the day - They werent able to provide 2 keys, which is a shame for couples who might want to do separate activities.

Pros: Casa silenziosa perché con muri robusti. Perfetto relax. Pulizia , ottime attrezzatura, lavatrice e asciugatrice nel caso possa servire.

Cons: Tutto perfetto. Condizionatore in stanza da letto e il salone d'entrata. Perfettamente funzionante e potente. Sembrava di essere in casa propria.. La proprietaria è molto gentile e cordiale.

Cons: Emplacement pratique mais environnement bruyant (proche voie ferrée et de la circulation).

Pros: L'appartamento è confortevole e pulito, dotato di confort, aria condizionata TV cucina microonde e un divano letto per i bambini La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di acqua fresca, succhi di frutta e cialde per il caffè. Grazie ancora torneremo sicuramente.

Pros: Tutto pensato nei minimi dettagli, addirittura con lavatrice e asciugatrice, condizionatore in ogni stanza, in cucina frigo e surgelatore, macchinetta del caffè con cialde. Ci tornerei anche domani!

Cons: Era tutto perfetto, mase proprio devo trovare una pecca, mancava lo zucchero per il caffè
