Pros: We liked everything about our stay, Emmanuele the host was really helpful, the apartment was so spacious, the location was really good, beside the designer shopping street, and a supermarket beside the apartment for all your needs, not very far from teatro massimo, it was perfect for us

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like at all, what I will say though is that it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues as there are a few flights of stairs to get in and out of the apartment, however that wasn't a problem for us

Pros: Emanuele was a superb host - very accommodating, letting us check in earlier and check out later. He was there to meet us at the property and gave us recommendations for our stay. The apartment had everything we needed during our stay and was only about 10-15 minutes walk to the centre. Overall an excellent stay with no faults.

Pros: Casa in posizione ottimale per visitare le principali attrazioni di Palermo e facilmente raggiungibile grazie alla navetta che parte dall'aerosporto. Tutto può essere visitato a piedi perché la posizione è davvero strategica .Casa molto accogliente, ampia e dotata di tutti i confort necessari. Perfetta per una famiglia la soluzione delle stanze e del bagno al centro. Il sig. Emanuele è stato gentilissimo: ci ha accolto personalmente nonostante l'orario di arrivo serale e ci ha dato tantissimi consigli per i nostri pranzi e cene.

Pros: Wspaniały klimat włoskiej kamienicy, kafle, freski na suficie. Duży plus za ogrzewanie w postaci kaloryferów co w tym klimacie jest raczej rzadkością. Duża przestrzeń, ale raczej dla rodziny, gdyż sypialnie dzieli łazienka z drzwiami składanymi. Przemiły i pomocny właściciel.

Cons: Łazienka wymaga odświeżenia.

Pienamente immersi nel fascino di Palermo

Pros: Il proprietario è gentilissimo e molto organizzato. Ci ha mandato moltissime informazioni utili prima del nostro arrivo e ci ha accolte nell'appartamento per darci le chiavi e mostrarci la casa. L'appartamento è in una palazzina storica, il restauro ha valorizzato le pitture sui soffitti e i pavimenti d'epoca che danno un tocco molto suggestivo alla struttura. Il fascino d'altri tempi per noi è perfettamente inserito nel contesto di una città come Palermo e ci ha immerse molto bene nella sua atmosfera.

Cons: Considerando il tipo di quartiere, la palazzina storica, l'atmosfera di Palermo, questo appartamento è perfetto così com'è!

Pros: Ottima posizione in zona tranquilla ma vicina sia al centro storico sia al porto. A pochi minuti a piedi comoda fermata della navetta aeroportuale. Appartamento carino, spazioso e dotato di ogni confort. Emanuele è stato molto cortese e disponibile

Cons: Posizione del bagno, ma basta un po di abitudine
