Kemonia Home Palermo

Pros: Location is perfect! Owner is very kind and helpful, giving lots of recomendations almost like a local guide!

Pros: A nice studio, located right in the city center, 3 minutes on food from the cathedral. It has all the necessary amenities for a short good time. The bed and pillows are comfortable. There is a stove, dishes and cutlery, but no oven. The only inconvenience is that it is not soundproof and you can hear everything in the neighboring studio. There is free public parking available, but you need to have a chance to find a a free space. We were lucky anyway.

Cozy, clean, and perfect for a short stay!\

Pros: We had a great stay at this charming little apartment. It was spotless and made very efficient use of space. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The location was also excellent—quiet but close to all main attractions, shops, and restaurants. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Would definitely stay here again!

Centrally located, secure and very clean place to stay.

Pros: Really well thought out space. There was a welcome bottle of lovely cold water in the fridge, and coffee and sugar available. Cleaning materials readily available including a tea towel. Plenty of fresh towels. Bed was very comfortable with decent bedding.AC was excellent. Really close to the Cathedral and historic quarter including markets, all within walking distance. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Negotiate price of taxi if like us, you arrive by train. Host was available on WhatsApp and communication was good.

Cons: The water pressure in shower wasn’t great .

Great stay next to the Palazzo Reale and the Cathedral

Pros: The studio is clean, well appointed and the location is just great. The bed is comfortable. Due to the location at a private courtyard at the end of a well kept alleyway it is a quiet oasis.

Cons: The water pressure is really low

Pros: nice and quiet spot, right in the centre of Palermo. Parking possible nearby. Thanks

Cons: Apt. is bit dark, but it's given to location too

Excellent property, ideal for a couple and great communications with the host

Pros: Brilliant location, very comfortable either way all the required facilities

Cons: All good

Wishing to come back

Pros: The apartment is very close to the city Cathedral and right next to the Police station, so it’s very safe. A quite oasis in Palermo’s frenetic city center! The rooms were extremely clean, and the bathroom bigger than we expected. Most of all, we appreciate the fast and easy communication with the host. We needed one extra night, due to flight cancelation, that Riccardo managed to arrange for us in the very last moment. He allowed us to check in early in the morning without an extra charge. Also, gave us valuable tips about non-touristic places with typical Sicilian food that we tried and enjoyed, as long as useful advices on avoiding blackouts during the wildfires in Palermo. So big thank you, Riccardo, for having us in your “home” Kemonia! We strongly recommend Kemonia and we will be glad to come back!

Value for money

Pros: The location is great (central but quiet) and the apartment is really clean. The bed is very comfortable.

Cons: It would be nice if you could have a holder for shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom.

Fantastic central apartment

Pros: Fantastic, quiet location slap bang in the centre - five minutes walk from Palatine Chapel. Extremely comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen for basic meals, great shower. Spacious for a studio.

Cons: Not a dislike at all but we stayed with a four month old....very much a studio, so we sat in the courtyard until going to bed!
