A bright, spacious apartment in a great location with an outstanding and helpful host.
Pros: The apartment has everything you need — it’s very spacious and bright. It’s close to the train station with a direct connection to the airport, and also near bus stops that go to the city center. There are grocery stores just around the corner. Gavin is always available with helpful information and ready to assist with anything you might need. Check-in was quick and easy. Gavin is a fantastic host!

Pros: Alles super erreichbare stadt Zentrum, öffentlichn Verkehrsmittel, regionalen Zügen, Auto Vermietung. Badestrand ist sehr gut öffentlich zur erreichen. Mehre Einkauf Möglichkeiten. Bad und Küche super sauber, Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich haben uns am ersten Tag im Empfang genommen und uns paar Empfehlungen gegeben. (Café, Restaurants,...)
Cons: Wi haben nix gefunden was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Palermo! The location was perfect, close to the main attractions, restaurants, and cafés, yet quiet enough for a relaxing rest. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Check-in was smooth and the host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful with local recommendations. We truly felt at home and would absolutely return here on our next visit to Palermo. Highly recommended!

Pros: Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z apartamentu.Bardzo mili i uczynni gospodarze(Doradzili co zwiedzić,gdzie dobrze zjeść ,załatwili transport na lotnisko).Na powitanie szampan,soki,woda,kawa na cały pobyt i ciasteczka).Niczego nam nie brakowało.Duże,przestronne,jasne mieszkanie z roletami.Urządzone minimalistycznie z gustem.Zadbane i czyste.Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona.Dodatkowo pralka (płyn do prania),dwa telewizory.Wygodne łóżko.Dwie klimatyzacje.Blisko sklepy i komunikacja do centrum Palermo. Bardzo dziękujemy za pobyt.♥️ Chętnie wrócimy . Polecamy ten apartament!!!🥰

Nasz pobyt w Palermo był wyjątkowy, również za sprawą uroczego apartamentu 🙂☀️
Pros: Przepięknie urządzony apartament. Jest w nim wiele funkcjonalnych udogodnień, nawet zaopatrzona apteczka 🙂. Lokalizacja jest idealna ze względu na dojazd do centrum oraz do plaży. Bardzo uprzejmy właściciel. Serdecznie polecam!!!

Pros: Sehr schöne helle Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz. Der Vermieter hat uns herzlich Willkommen geheißen mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten. Morgens konnte man super in der Sonne auf dem Balkon das rege Treiben mit einem Kaffee in der Hand beobachten. Bus, Bahn und Tram sind schnell zu erreichen, um die umliegenden Berge zu erkunden.

Arredato finemente e con cura è stato un comodissimo appoggio sia per la posizione centrale in un'ottima zona servitissima da mezzi e attività commerciali sia per le comodità all'interno: cucina ampia, balconi, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, biancheria bagno, saponi, coperte, letti comodissimi, stendi biancheria, ferro da stiro, forno a microonde, stampante, macchinetta del caffè, ecc ecc. Proprietari gentilissimi, cordiali, disponibili e puntuali, hanno proprio pensato a tutto ciò che può servire ma anche molto di più!!! Ho soggiornato diverse volte e credo di poter dire che quello Al Qanat di Notarbartolo sia la scelta migliore chi cerca un b&b in cui sentirsi a casa.
Cons: Non poter soggiornare lì ancora qualche giorno. 😅

Pros: Gavin & his wife are amazing hosts. It is inspiring how well organized and detail oriented he is, be it the welcome souvenirs from Sicily or the organizer of operating manuals for each electronic product in the house or the beach bag with beach towels. The property is really beautiful and well maintained. The blue and white color tone makes you happy. It is centrally located and the close proximity to the train station and tram makes it very easy to move around in the city. There are direct trains between the Notarbartolo station and the airport. It looks exactly like the photos listed by Gavin. Thank you for hosting us.

Bellissimo Appartamento ampio e ben servito
Pros: Appartamento ampio e luminoso appena arredato (credo siamo stati i primi ad usufruirne) con gusto e pulitissimo, in una posizione eccellente e servita sia dai mezzi pubblici che da negozi di ogni genere (supermarket, abbigliamento, farmacia, etc). I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno accolto con un aperitivo e presenti nel rispondere a nostre richieste. Letti con materasso ultra comodo, dormito benissimo. WiFi ultra veloce. Complimenti e grazie mille per tutto
