Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the host was warm, welcoming, and always quick to respond. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, yet quiet enough to relax. The little touches, like free water, juice and canoli, made the stay feel extra thoughtful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay, and I’d be happy to book again in the fluture.

Well located property; high comfort level.

Pros: High standard of finish to an apartment within a well maintained block. The roof terrace was a bonus and the airport bus stops right outside.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Everything is perfect at Terrazza San Domenico. The location is perfect to the historical centre for sightseeing. The apartment is spacious and beds are comfortable. It has all those little touches like tissues, hand towel that travel easier. Washing machine is a bonus. Terrace is lovely. The street noise did not bother us. it's Palermo!!

Cons: A key for toilet door would be nice but it was not a deal breaker

Great stay, definitely recommend

Pros: Perfect location in the center of Palermo, spacious, modern and comfortable flat with a rooftop terrace. Easy to communicate with host.

Cons: We were a family of 5 adults and a child. It’s listed with 2 bathrooms, we were expecting 2 full bathrooms (with shower/bath). One is only a toilet. It was fine for us.

Overall very nice place!

Pros: Location Spacious Lots of bedding, blankets SmartTV Amazing heating and wifi Very cozy Shower water very warm and strong Full kitchen Two sets of keys Two toilets Very big rooftop Elevator The owner is a big Xmas bread as welcoming gift ! If I ever visit again, will def stay here!

Cons: Overall, the place is clean, though a few areas could benefit from a little extra vacuuming and dusting. The owner is very welcoming and clearly passionate, which adds a personal touch to the experience. However, the frequent messages and unsolicited pictures/videos were a bit overwhelming for me.
