Pros: Great place, near center, very good host, gave us a lot of advice

Pleasant accommodation for a weekend, we enjoyed it very much!

Pros: For us, it was an excellent location, very close to the bus terminal and the Ballaro market; Quattro Canti is a ten-minute walk away.

Cons: The water pipes in the wall behind the pillow were loud.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, convenient. Excellently situated near the markets and places of interest. Kudos to the host Tiziana, who was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Palermo.

Pros: The location is perfect: not far from the center and it's not crowded. The apartment has all the things that you need. During summer washing machines are a must have thing. Perfect recommendations about food restaurants nearby.

Cons: As in a lot of places in Italy, paid late check in. Also the air conditioner worked a bit strange, because the apartment stretched in height and it's hard to cool all the room.

Pros: Perfect location, perfect room & staff were very accomodating when needing to check out later due to our flight leaving later. Great communication & alway super cold in the room with the aircon! Best aircon in Italy :) !

Cons: Only downside were, pillows were like paper or hard as rock

Pros: Apartment is spacious and clean. The location is central to most attractions.

Pros: First and foremost, I want to highlight the kindness and hospitality of the apartment's hostess, Valentina. She is wonderful. The apartment is in a very convenient location, close to Palermo Centrale and not far from the main city points. The apartment was perfectly clean. It also had everything necessary for a stay. It was very pleasant to be there, it's a pity that we only spent 3 nights. I highly recommend this place for a temporary stay in Palermo.

Good value for money if you spend most of the time outside

Pros: The apartment is spacious, clean, and matches the photos. It’s perfect for a couple and equipped with everything necessary. Location is inside the old town, hence really close to all major sightseeings and the bar district. Tiziana, the host, was very welcoming and friendly, providing great tips about Palermo, which we really appreciated. She was also kind enough to allow us to check in early. The furniture is decent and comfortable. The welcome snacks, along with the Christmas decorations on the kitchen table, added a nice touch.

Cons: The apartment is located in an old building, on one hand quite charming, on another hand surrounded by quite old and poorly maintained buildings. Inside, the kitchen and bathroom from time to time had a rather unpleasant smell coming from the pipes (likely a common issue in older buildings). Additionally, the smell of fried food came from outside when we opened the balcony in the evening to get some fresh air. I suppose this isn’t an issue specific to this property but rather characteristic of Palermo in general. However, be aware if you are particularly sensitive to smells.

A gem in the heart of Palermo

Pros: Tiziana, our host, was the sweetest. The flat met all our requirements. It was clean and cozy and the location was just perfect, allowing us to experience the beautiful city of Palermo in the best possible way.
