Big and beautiful apartment. Excellent location.

Pros: Big apartment. Excellent location (few minutes away from Palermo Cathedral). Helpful and friendly host. A/C available in bedrooms and living room. Bathroom with jacuzzi!

Cons: Entrance in ground floor and there are stairs to the first floor (bedrooms) and second floor(kitchen and living room). Something to keep in mind in case of disabilities.

Immaculate and Spacious apartment in an atmospheric location

Pros: Excellently located in Capo neighbourhood minutes away from the market and the historical centre in an authentic residential area. The property is over two floors and is spacious and immaculately clean.It is well furnished and decorated and extremely comfortable with a large living/ dining area with modern kitchen.There are two lovely bathrooms one with a modern shower and the other with a large jacuzzi bath. The master bedroom is spacious and the bed comfortable.There is a small balcony and shutters which block out noise and light effectively.We didn’t need the smaller bedroom which has two bunk beds.There is another balcony and an overhead washing line accessible by sliding large windows . It is a residential area and there is some local noise and colour which we enjoyed.There are shops nearby and a restaurant located on the corner opposite.There were suffcient ,if not plentiful,kitchen utensils and a good coffee machine.

Cons: The washing machine was broken and the hairdryer did not work.There was no dishwasher .None of these things bothered us unduly.There were no cleaning utensils eg mop brush etc. There is a narrow staircase to access the property as it is located on the first floor and a further staircase to the living/ dining area .The bedroom and bathroom are on the lower floor. There is no lift.This did not inconvenience us but might not be suitable for anybody with mobility issues.

Super traditional and cute house in the center of Palermo

Pros: It was super good experience to stay in this apartment which is just like a traditional maison. The kitchen has everything you need and the bath is big plus, the design of every furniture and walls are surprisingly charming and the host is really nice and responsive on the message. Just one thing is, it can be very cold inside as the floor is stone tile, you ‘d better bring your own slipper and warm pajamas. There is a heater in every place which was pretty helpful and warm but as the electric heater’s light is too strong it’s hard to sleep. I am pretty sure it’d be pretty big advantage for summer. Soundproofing is pretty good with the wooden door and you have a cute balcony from the bedroom side.

Pros: A short walk from the Palermo Catedral, very nice apartment. A free car parking a few steps of the apartment.

Cons: Everything ok

in a residential area which was quiet, near to the Cathedral and easy to get to many more sights

Pros: The apartment was very clean, spacious and well decorated with good aircon/wifi, a spa bath and 2 small balconies. The location was excellent, close to the cathedral.

Cons: not a real problem but a few more kitchen utensils would be helpful -eg bread knife, chopping board, tea towel

Pros: The appartment was in a good location due to you have everything close. Also it’s big and very comfortable with all the facilities. The people were very good and helped us a lot. I definitely recommend it.

Pros: Very nice accommodation. Well equipped. Restaurant a short distance from the accommodation. Close to the monument,

Cons: Noise from the boiler or some pump that kept starting.

Pros: We had a very great time here. The beds are very cozy, the place was very clean. I would recommend this place for everyone.

Pros: Apartmán je blízko katedrály a centra města, ale v klidné uličce. Má 2 patra, v prvním patře je ložnice, dětský pokoj a koupelna. Ve druhém patře je velká kuchyň s obývákem a koupelna s vanou. Bohužel vířivka ve vaně nám nefungovala. Dobrá komunikace s majitelem. Vstup na kód je výhodou. Ubytovali bychom se tu znovu.

Cons: Střechou kape voda na sedačku v kuchyni když prší, to by se mělo opravit.

Pros: Fantastyczny apartament, a właściwie cała kamienniczka. Przestronny salon z kuchnią, 2 lazienki, w tym 1 z jacuzzi, 2 sypialnie. Apartament położony w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, cichy i spokojny. Gorąco polecam pobyt w tym apartamencie, bedziecie bardzo mile zaskoczeni.
