Amazing place and great host
Pros: On warm Italian nights, there is no better place to be than on this balcony, an Aperol in hand, as the air carries with it the delicious aromas of Italian kitchens drifting through the streets below. Federico is a wonderful host, attentive, kind and always ready to help with any question. The location could not be more perfect, right in the very heart of the city, yet the balcony feels like your own private escape. The bathroom may be on the smaller side, but such a detail hardly matters when everything else is so delightful. This is the kind of place that makes you wish time would slow down, just so you could linger a little longer in its charm.

Pros: Thankyou Federico, we appreciated all your recommendations and assistance! We loved our stay! Very clean and spacious perfect for 3 ladies travelling together! It was Close to everything in the city with amazing restaurants and bars around the apartment. Will stay here again! No doubt about that!

Pros: We had a wonderful time staying there ! The appartment is clean and the rooms are really spacious. The beds are really comfy and each room have air con which was really appreciated! The location of the appartment is perfect as you can do everything by walk and only 15mins walk to the main train station when you want to visit other villages around Palerme. Federico was so nice and helpful. Will definitely stay there again !!

Spacious and comfortable apartment
Pros: Spacious and comfortable apartment with everything you could need for a stay. Walking distance to centre,train station,restaurants and markets. We loved the character of the building and were grateful to the host who was checking on us to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

Good location and unique experience
Pros: Staying in Palermo was a unique experience. The location of the apartment fits perfectly with the city's atmosphere. The room faced a lively street with restaurants and all-night parties, so it was very noisy, but we didn't mind. The communication went well and they let us stayed a bit longer after check-out. We received very good restaurant recommendations from Andrea.
Cons: One part of the apartment was renovated, but the other part (kitchen and bathroom) was clearly not. Even painting the walls would help a lot. The bathroom is very small and the toilet was not clean when we arrived. Getting the keys didn't go smoothly, but it was solved. There are a lot of steps to get to the apartment if someone wants to stay here, this is good to know. Opening the main door of the building was tricky and took a lot of time every time.

Pros: Federico was really very nice. The apartment is beautiful and freshly renovated. It has been very clean, there is a coffee machine in the kitchen.
Cons: The location is excellent, but it is suitable rather for those who enjoy night life - on the day of our arrival there has been a concert just under our windows. Luckily we went to sleep late, so it has not been a problem, but for someone looking for a calm accomodation it might be a problem.

Very good place to stay in Palermo
Pros: The flat is very large, spacious and well equipped. It has everything you need in it. The flat is in a very good location. Everywhere is close by. To the train and bus station about 15-20 minutes on foot. To a larger shop (Lidl) about 10 min. Super contact with the owner. He is very nice and helpful. Collection and return of keys without any problems. There are a lot of restaurants in the area and therefore it is noisy from the side of the bedroom, but it didn't bother us, because they played nice music, enough earplugs and the problem solved :)
