La Dimora di Guglielmo Tourist Rental

Pros: The apartment itself was very clean and well prepared for our stay. The bed linen and towels were perfectly white and fresh, and the kitchen had a lot of beautiful dishes which made our morning coffee very enjoyable. The host was extremely kind and welcoming — she met us even though our flight arrived late in the evening. We also really appreciated the tea, coffee capsules and water that were waiting for us, as it helped a lot during the first days. The apartment has a good air conditioner that we used for heating in the evenings when it was getting chilly. Overall, in terms of comfort and cleanliness inside the apartment, everything was very good.

Cons: However, the location was disappointing for us. On the map it looked like part of the wider city centre, but in reality the surrounding area (Zisa) felt dirty and uncomfortable. In the morning we were shocked by the amount of garbage in the streets, dog waste on the sidewalks and heavy traffic with cars driving very close to pedestrians. Walking to the bus stop we did not feel relaxed and were worried about our belongings. The streets around the apartment were not very pleasant to walk through, and our first “alarm clock” every morning was a car wash starting work early, which was quite noisy. Unfortunately, the location is something I personally would not recommend, and it strongly influenced my overall impression of Palermo.

Muy bien

Pros: El apartamento estaba muy limpio y bien preparado para nuestra estancia. La ropa de cama y las toallas estaban perfectamente blancas y frescas. La cafetera hizo el café muy bueno. La anfitriona fue extremadamente amable y acogedora, nos recibió a pesar de que llegamos un poco tarde por el atasco en la entrada de Palermo. El apartamento tiene un buen aire acondicionado que usamos para calentar por las noches cuando hacía frío. Agua caliente para la ducha a buena temperatura. Hay bastantes sitios para aparcar de forma gratuita en las calles de alrededor. En general, en cuanto a comodidad y limpieza dentro del apartamento, todo estuvo muy bien.

Cons: Queda muy cerca de una calle densa de circulación de vehículos por lo que el ruido es inevitable. A pesar de esto, no hubo problema para dormir, así que considero que es una buena ubicación para poder alojarse.

Pros: Le logement est spacieux propre et a un bon rapport qualité prix.

Ottima accoglienza ed un bel appartamento.

Pros: A Palermo per lavoro, l'appartamento è appena fuori dal centro e raggiungibile con autobus dalla Stazione. Quindi perfetto per le mie esigenze. Intorno ho trovato un paio di Ristoranti niente male.
