Wonderful stay

Pros: Had a wonderful stay! The place is very good, spacious, and equipped with air conditioning. The owner is incredibly nice and made our stay even more enjoyable.

As expected

Pros: For the price I really can't complain. We paid €91 for 2 nights. It doesn't get cheaper than this in Palermo if you want your own bathroom and privacy. Immediately after booking I received a WhatsApp message from the host asking when we would arrive in Palermo. When we arrived we were met by the host's mother. Even though her English was limited we could understand everything. The host on the other hand speaks perfect English and let us know that we could always reach him if we needed help. The apartment is simple and on the ground floor and also has a kitchen that we did not use. Everything was clean and towels were provided. There were also free bottles of water in the fridge and some Sicilian lemons. There is also an air conditioner. The apartment is not in the center, it is about a 15-20 minute walk to the center but we knew this before we booked.

Pros: Our stay in this apartment in the center of Palermo was absolutely amazing! The apartment is perfectly located - the ideal location allows easy access to all the attractions, restaurants, and shops in the area. The interior is super clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, which made us feel right at home. We traveled as a couple with a small child and a dog, and the apartment was perfectly suited to our needs. It was spacious enough, and the owner took care of every detail to ensure our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. However, the biggest asset is the owner - extremely kind, helpful, and always available to answer any questions and provide valuable tips about the area. Her hospitality and care for guests make staying here a pure pleasure. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a visit to Palermo!

Safe and comfortable place in Palermo

Pros: we had a really warm welcome. shower, bedroom, and kitchen were all sufficiently equipped. both apartment and towels were extremely clean. hot water and gas (for cooking) were also available. the rooms were quite spacious and staying there for more than a couple of Days would be quite enjoyable. The apartment is close to train station and most of the landmarks. highly recommend and would stay there again.

Great value, perfect for student travelers

Pros: The host was so lovely and helpful, provided us with directions on how to get there, and we were greeted by the hosts mom when we arrived who showed us everything and even brought us cannolis and water. (The cannolis were delicious!) The location was only about a 15 min walk from the center and the train which was perfect. It was a little loud but I think that has to do more with the area in general, anywhere you stay in this location would probably also be loud. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it for anyone traveling for a couple of nights and students!

Gewldig verblijf hoog in de bergen van Sicilië

Pros: Mooi uitzicht hoog in de bergen, maar toch maar 15 minuten rijden van cefalu, ideaal als je de duurdere toeristische accommodaties wil vermijden (indien je een auto hebt)

Cons: De weg naar boven is niet voor doetjes. Het allerlaatste stuk is heel tricky en zou ik enkel doen met een stevige wagen met toch wat pk, wij hadden een peugeot 208 en dat ging net!

Gentili e disponibili

Pros: Piccolo appartamento in un vicolo riparato, con tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno. La posizione è ottima per spostarsi a piedi e raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti a piedi. I proprietari sin da subito sono stati super gentili sia nel fornirci tutte le indicazioni per raggiungere l'appartamento, sia durante il soggiorno per qualsiasi nostra necessità. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons: Poca luce naturale in casa per via della posizione dell'appartamento; l'odore sgradevole che sentivamo ogni volta che entravamo in casa (non so se per la muffa che però non è visibile); infine, forse sarebbe un'ottima soluzione sostituire la tenda (non troppo igienica) della doccia con una porta. Nel complesso però abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno per le nostre necessità.
