Pros: The location is great. It’s a stunning well equipped apartment with an amazing view.
Cons: It’s on the 5th floor and there is no lift.

Pros: Great, cozy and clean apartment, little bit far away from center but many shops and cafe near, good contact with owner. Apartment have amazing balcony with incredible view which ever seen on mountings and you will see amazing sunsets!
Cons: Just wishes for better service: To add one more set of towels (for long living it is important and needed). To add dishwashing gel and accessories (we’ve bought it ourselves). To add more toilet paper and set of napkins.

Amazing view and lovely stay
Pros: The apartment was great, offering a magnificent view over the Zisa gardens. Everything was provided for optimal comfort, including a well-equipped kitchen. The bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge was a lovely touch. Beds were comfortable. Its location is close to the city center yet still allows you to experience local life in Palermo, with shops and buses nearby. The host was very friendly and responsive, allowing us to arrive early and store our luggage upon departure.
Cons: The stairs are challenging, but the view is definitely worth it.

Pros: Property was fantastic. Very modern, clean, well furnished and the outside balcony is superb. Owner couldn’t have been more helpful either and was very quick to assist with any questions I had.

Loved it
Pros: The terrace is absolutely stunning. The apartment is very new and beautifully kitted out. Communication with the host was brilliant - he was so very helpful and we would highly recommend anyone to stay here. Great size and very quiet.
Cons: The location is a little out of the centre, but that meant you can get a good night’s sleep and there is a great community of shops and restaurants on the doorstep, which are properly local and excellent. The lime electric scooters also make travelling around very easy. The stairs to the apartment will keep you fit! Fine for us, but not for those with knee issues or fitness limitations.

Loved it!
Pros: The apartment is very comfortable and newly refurbished with comfortable beds and a lovely walk in shower. The terrace is great to have and provided even more space for guests to enjoy, ideal if there’s more than 2 people. It was a 15 minute walk into the historical centre and the immediate area is safe and has lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Communication with Cesare is excellent and he provides great information to check in before your stay. This apartment is perfect for a few nights in Palermo!
Cons: It’s the top floor so lots of stairs, so anyone with mobility issues would have a problem.

The best terrace in Palermo ☀️
Pros: I think it’s the cleanest apartment in Palermo with amazing terrace. The owner renovated apartment on a high level. All is new, kitchen appliances absolutely clean and new. It’s just 10-20min to walk from centr Palermo. On the corner great cafe with fresh sweets.
Cons: For old people 5th floor will be difficult, no elevator.

A beautiful apartment with an amazing view from the terrace.
Pros: It has everything you need, and also a big eating room with a kitchen, and a TV. It even has two terraces and they both have a great view on the mountains and the neighbourhood and are great to chill and relax on. Not expensive at all for what you get for it, since it’s the cleanest and prettiest accommodation we ever had on a holiday. It is very beautifully decorated. The position is also great; it is not far from the centre of Palermo. The host was easy to contact and gave good recommendations for restaurants. We had an amazing holiday in Sicily and the accommodation played a big part in that!
