Pros: Great location and a high-floor terrace with amazing views! Plenty of stairs, but worth it. Very helpful host. The place has a unique vibe, though it needs a little refreshing.

Great stay in Palermo.

Pros: Very comfortable apartment with lot of space. The terrace upstairs is stunning. The host is so kind and communication with her is simply perfect. The neighbourhood is so nice with many local shops and restaurants and close to main sights.

Cons: As in most of old blocks of apartments in the city, there is no elevator. But the view from upstairs compensates that.

Embracing the heart of Palermo Teatro Massimo

Pros: If you don't mind stairs, then this apartment has the most breathtaking views from your own private rooftop terrace. A beautiful historical building in the heart of Palermo theatre district and a stone throw away from the historical centre all in walking distance. Location is great and easy to get around and discover the sites, sounds, and eateries around Palermo Capo market is just across the road, and there is a cooking school nearby as well. Analia, the owner, is very friendly and easily contactable. Self check in was easy.

Pros: Das Appartement war genau wie angeboten. Unsere Gastgeberin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Direkt am Rande der Fußgängerzone gegenüber des Capo-Markts, das Auto im Parkhaus nebenan gut versorgt, incl. Fahrradständer mit Rädern. Alles hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen.

Pros: La struttura si trova al all’ingresso del mercato del capo, a due passi dal teatro Massimo, posizione comoda per potersi spostare in centro. L’appartamento è molto accogliente e la pulizia si vede fin da subito.

Pros: Die Lage über den Dächern von Palermo ist herrlich. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons: Man muss zu Fuß gut sein um die Wohnung in luftiger Höhe immer wieder zu erklimmen.

Great property in the heart of Palermo

Pros: The apartment was very clean with great air conditioning. The rooftop terrace is an additional bonus where we relaxed in the evening. There is a 2nd balcony next to the kitchen where you can enjoy coffee in the morning. The apartment is spacious with a big double bedroom. The location is perfect with the bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Our host Analia was very accommodating to our needs and responded very quickly to any questions. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are traveling to Palermo.

Cons: Be aware there is no elevator and you will need to use the stairs. But on the plus side we got plenty of exercise 😄
