Cozy apartment in Palermo with a perfect location and great host
Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Palermo. The location is perfect, close to everything. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The host was extremely kind and helpful, always available to answer questions and give great local tips. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!
Cons: The only challenge was the stairs, which made access a bit difficult with a toddler.

Do a sight tour. The Streaty Tours are really good and worth the cost.
Pros: The location was perfect for all the main restaurants, bars, and shops. I loved the property. There were a few narrows stairs to it but worth it. It was so clean and quiet. Our host waited for us as our flight was late and showed us around. She was in constant communication and helped us with restaurant and sight recommendations.
Cons: nothing bad at all

Great place but wouldn’t stay again
Pros: Location and size. Comfy couch and bed. Host was fantastic.
Cons: A lot of nearby apt noise unfortunately possibly a child above who was running around till late in the evening. Constant banging and water noises during the night of flushing toilets. Ultimately just too noisy for us.

Great value for money
Pros: The location is great, 2 min from Teatro Massimo and the starting point of the pedestrian area leading to all the main attractions in the city. Newly renovated, great design and taste, it offers everything you need. Even 2 big TVs in each room. I would say enough space for a couple, even in case you want to do some remote working. The host, Rosi, was very nice and caring, she allowed even an early check in and in case a late checkout.
Cons: It’s renovated, but into an old building without elevator.

Pros: The apartment is in a very comfortable central location, everything like in the pictures, very clean and spacious, also heating was very handy for our winter trip. The host is very friendly and easy to communicate. Just perfect!

Best location in Palermo. Fully new apartment with all you need!
Pros: Everything! Best location in Palermo. Its a 2 minute walk from teatro Massimo and all the best of Palermo but without the noise. You will be able to explore the city and still get a great night sleep. Amazing bed! Also you get croissants coffe soda and amazing chocolate ( love those details by the amazing owner) Rosie thank you for your kindness and all the details in your apartment. My stay was amazing and I highly recommend to everyone that book here. You will not regretted it!
Cons: Everything was great and function well. Maybe one thing is that my stayed was to short 😅but I will come back!!

Pros: Уютная квартира в центре города. Большая удобная кровать, комфортно спать было двум взрослым и ребенку. Очень удобно, что установлена стирально-сушильная машина. Быстро можно постирать и высушить вещи Достаточно посуды, удобная кухня
Cons: Не очень удобная лестница в квартиру. Не хватало мелочей вроде капсул для посудомойки. Когда мы заселились, жидкого мыла было на 2 раза помыть руки

Pros: Rosi è stata molto gentile e disponibile, l'appartamento all'interno è bello, arredato con cura e dotato di ogni confort. Abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità di tutto ciò che occorreva al nostro bambino, dalla culla al microonde al seggiolone.
Cons: Unica pecca è il palazzo, che ha una scala di accesso ripida, però abbiamo lasciato il passeggino a piano terra, dentro il cortile, senza alcun problema.

Pros: Posizione centralissima è possibile raggiungere a piedi tutte le principali mete turistiche
Cons: Non è un mio problema, ma sarebbe utile avvisare i potenziali clienti della mancanza di ascensore, non tutti possono fare agevolmente le scale.
