I had the best time staying here! So convenient!

Pros: It was right opposite a food market! So clean, staff were amazing. Great value for money.

Cons: Nothing to complain about at all.

Pros: very good location for the flat in a nice style building bedrooms are very comfortable with own bathrooms no living room in the flat which is a real pity and kitchen is very small with a lack of equipment.. mainly ok for breakfast ... The flat has a lot of charm and style with the historical reference to famiglia d'Amato

We had excellent stay.

Pros: Sparkling clean spacious apartment , convenient location, Area is safe and quiet. Host friendly and helpful.

Cons: No frills, everything was great.

Pros: The property was very close to the historic centre and it has all the necessary amenities. The owner was available to us at any time. The house was charming and had very special decorations. We had a very nice time.

Cons: We had a small problem with the hot water but it didn’t last long.

A great place to spend a few enjoyable days in Palermo and visit Cefalu.

Pros: Very spacious, very well equipped, spotless, comfortable beds, very helpful host and located in the city centre.

Cons: Traffic outside is a bit noisy early in the morning.

Central location great apartment for big groups

Pros: Central location, walkable to all the main attractions, quiet street off a lively neighbourhood. Host was very helpful and responsive, always replied quicky with clear instructions. The apartment looks exactly like the photos, feels like an authentic Italian home with high ceiling, quirky decor, spacious rooms, bathrooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Very easy to get in without the hassle of picking up the keys. Everything was well prepared (beds, linens, towels, toilettries, breakfast...) and laid out clearly for the guests to use.

Cons: The apartment is made up of 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms with showers (one ensuite), plus a kitchen. It would have nicer to have a living/sitting room with sofa so that the group could relax together in the evening. The common area being the kitchen is not ideal as it's quite cramped. The apartment is located on the 1/F with staircase access and a tiny lift (while normal in Europe it was not ideal for the elderly grandparents, and several trips were needed to get all our suitcases). The street is fine but just one or two streets across in the Capo market it started to feek a bit dodgy in the evening. The variety of breakfast items could be improved.

Pros: Beautiful apartment in city center. Big rooms with very comfortable beds. Perfect location. The owner is extremely nice and responds quickly any question.

Pros: La signora è stata molto gentile ,disponibile e attenta. L'appartamento è un po datato però molto pulito,vicino al centro. Riscaldamento funzionante ,asciugamani puliti, e una ricca colazione.

Parfait !spacieux et agréable

Pros: Superbe appartement où chacun a eu sa place alors que nous étions 8! 4 salles de bain et 4 WC. Les lits sont très confortables. Bref c'était parfait. Très bon emplacement proche de tout a pied .
