Central city apartment with a terrace and outstanding value for money.

Pros: The accommodation is a private apartment, very large and spacious, with one bedroom and a large living room. There are two balconies, and the apartment is located on the top floor with views. The location is excellent—very close to the historic center of Palermo, the cathedral, the theater, and the street food district. Parking is available on the street. Since this is the city center of Palermo, finding a spot can be a bit difficult during peak hours, but it is manageable. During the day, the area is noisy, as expected in the city center; however, because the apartment is on the top floor and one balcony faces the inner courtyard, this was not an issue. Cleanliness was good. Air conditioning and heating worked well. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the Wi-Fi is very fast and stable. The furniture is in good condition. The value for money is exceptional. Highly recommended.

Cons: The only minor downside was the mattress, which was not very comfortable.

Pros: The appartment was very nice, everything was new and clean. The balconies were very big one on each side of the appartment and nice to escape the chaos from the street. The person that helped us was very polite and helpfull. The distance to the center was perfect for walking.

Cons: The traffic and parking was chaotic but that is what might be normal in Palermo.

Pros: Velký, velmi dobře zařízený apartmán se dvěma protilehlými terasami, jedna do ulice a druhá do naprosto klidného dvora. Umístění apartmánu je v malé vzdálenosti od památek, na okraji zóny ZTL, takže je bezproblémový příjezd autem. Potřebné obchody v blízkosti. Majitelé byli velmi starostliví, milí a ochotní a tím velmi přispěli ke skvělému pobytu v Palermu. Sicilie a způsob života zde mi vyhovuje. Takže velká spokojenost!

Cons: Měli jsme si naplánovat delší dovolenou...

Pros: Casa spaziosa e servita di tutto, posizione ottima per raggiungere ogni zona .

Pros: L’appartamento è bellissimo, pulitissimo e dotato di tutto il necessario. La posizione è ideale, vicina al centro ma in una zona tranquilla. Il letto è molto comodo e la cucina ben attrezzata. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia trascorrere qualche giorno in completo relax. Ci torneremo sicuramente!
