Cons: Not a problem for me, but three flights of stairs might be challenging for someone with heavy luggage.

Pros: Appartamento ristrutturato di recente e fornito di tutto quello che serve, ottima posizione. Host gentile e disponibile.

Cons: Terzo piano senza ascensore rende l'accesso non agevole per tutti, specie per chi ha bagagli pesanti.

Cons: Esterno degradato e sporco pur essendo un palazzo vicinissimo al tribunale. 3° piano quindi un po di scale da fare

Pros: Ein sehr schönes Appartement, absolut zentral, Parkhaus gegenüber, sehr sauber. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und der Check-in unkompliziert. Eigentlich ist es auch ruhig, die Fenster gehen nicht zur Straße - allerdings sind die Übermieter nachts super laut gewesen.

Es ist ein schönes, sehr sauberes Apartment!

Pros: Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und haben jeden Tag an der Straße in der Nähe einen Parkplatz gefunden. Wir wurden an der Eingangstür unten empfangen und haben alle Informationen und Tipps bekommen. Das Zimmer ist über eine Stiege in den 3. Stock erreichbar (kleine sportliche Betätigung ;-) ). Es ist alles vorhanden, was man von einem kleinen Apartment erwartet und es ist sehr sauber! Am Balkon gibt es Wäscheleinen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Pros: L'appartamento era molto carino e vicino ad un parcheggio a pagamento nel caso non si volesse lasciare la macchina per strada. Anche la posizione è buona non lontana dal centro ma comunque fuori dall zona ZTL.

Cons: Il fatto che fosse al terzo piano senza ascensore.

Pros: Posizione comodissima per raggiungere il centro storico a piedi,possibilità di parcheggio sia libero che a pagamento. Qualsiasi tipo di attività commerciale,bar, gastronomia,panifici,tutto a portata di mano,sotto casa.
