Excellent

Pros: Our two‑night stay at this apartment was wonderful. Although it’s located within a large residential building, it has its own private staircase, which made it feel nicely separate and easy to access. Getting there was simple as well, thanks to the direct public transport connection from the central railway station (bus 101). The apartment itself was exceptionally well equipped - coffee machine, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, and even Rituals shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The memory‑foam pillows were incredibly comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a safe box available too. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own breakfast and dinner, and while there was no toaster or microwave, it still had all the essentials for cooking. The space was very generous and comfortable, with double‑glazed windows and shutters that added both quiet and privacy. Overall, a very enjoyable and convenient stay.

Cons: The only aspect that didn’t fully work for us was the immediate surroundings. The location felt a little dodgy when we first arrived, especially because we got there after sunset, and the street itself looked quite dirty. As we later realised, this isn’t specific to this neighbourhood but rather something we noticed in several areas, so it didn’t feel like a reflection of the property itself. Apart from that initial impression, we genuinely think this apartment is excellent and offers very good value for money. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Lovely clean, well laid out apartment, communication via wats app was good, very efficient responses to any queries. Plenty to see and do within a 10 minutes walk. Lovely bakery in the complex.

Cons: Scilly is a beautiful vibrant and mental city, caution required navigating the roads as car, scooter and bike users operate to their own rules. XIMENES apartment is a good location slightly and I mean slightly less hectic area than old Town.

Pros: Very modern, high standard from the bed, towels, equipment to the soap in bathroom. Self check in very well organised. Feel safe in the apartment without doubt bad, not the best area to walk late from restaurant . During a day great location for sightseeing. Amazing coffee shop for breakfast on the ground floor.

Cons: Good value for money but, little bit unsafe to walk at night

A great place to stay in Palermo .

Pros: The apartment was very clean ,great amenities,newly renovated ,comfortable bed and had easy access . Although all the communication is via what’s app (no face to face ) it was easy to keep in touch and response time was quick and efficient. A cafe/bakery downstairs was convenient. 10 mins walk to main shopping streets and buses .

Loved it, highly recommend

Pros: I loved this place and wish I was staying in Palermo longer so I could stay here longer but only booked for one night. My flight was delayed so arrived quite late but the staff were responsive and readily available via WhatsApp which was good. I don’t know if the rooms are recently refurbished but it is so clean and immaculate which I love.

Cons: The shower door could easily be pushed in but is blocked by the shower head meaning you need to squeeze in and was very stiff to pull outwards, not sure which way it’s supposed to go. If you wish to drop off your bags it is a 24 minute walk to their reception which is quite long with heavy luggage.

Pros: very safe area and full of clubs, private paid parking very close, we were safe, very close to the historic center, there are the city theaters 5 minutes walk away, our room was very comfortable and very beautiful, excellent self check in
