Great Apartment in Central Palermo

Pros: Clean, comfortable. Very helpful and accommodating host. Also big enough if you want to cook in. Fantastic location, right in the heart of Palermo but far enough away from the crowded centre.

Cons: Nothing This was the 2nd time I've stayed here and I'd definitely stay again.

Cozy apartment, nice location, very friendly and helpful host

Pros: Very cozy apartment in a great location and at a low price. The host was super friendly, helpful, and communicative. It had everything we needed — washing machine, iron, etc. — which made our stay easy and hassle-free. Felt just like home.

Cons: The only small thing was that hygiene supplies like toilet paper and shampoo weren’t quite enough for five people over a week, but it wasn’t a big issue. We didn’t mention it to the host, but I’m sure he would’ve helped right away if we had, since he was always very responsive.

Pros: Location was great, very close to historical centre, plus there are plenty of restaurants close by. The apartment was nice and clean, and communication with Antonello was very good.

Cons: There is a quite a bit of noise from the street below. It would have been nice to have some laundry detergent or soap and not buy our own for a few days' stay :).

Pros: The SOLIVA appartment,quite centrally placed în Palermo( all touristical targets at walking distance) proved to be a wise choice. We dwelt a clean, spacious( for, 4), comfortable ( lift!),cozy ( homely decorated), luminous, quiet( when doors closed- see traffic on small street),well managed place to stay .Small kitchen and ( to be soon upgraded) bathroom were provided with everything anyone would require . Pros: L'emplacement à proximité du centre historique, les commodités (supermarchés, arrêt de bus, restaurants...), on peut pratiquement tout faire à pied. Pour ce qui est de l'appartement spacieux propre avec tous les équipements nécessaires cuisine lave linge, café, épices... Et pour couronner le tout Antonello est disponible, réactif et aux petits soins 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

we bezochten vooral de belangrijke sites in Palermo en enkele uitstappen in de omgeving.

Pros: De buurt was stil, belangrijk voor de nacht. De airco's waren stil en efficiënt. De host was zeer vriendelijk, gedienstig en altijd bereikbaar en accuraat en snel om problemen op te lossen.

Cons: geen gratis parking ter beschikking in de omgeving. Nochtans is een auto geen luxe als je ook de omgeving wil bezoeken. De Italianen zijn gekken in het verkeer, zij volgen geen enkele verkeersregel en creëren vaak zeer risicovolle situaties.

Recomiendo la reserva de este alojamiento, completamente equipado para sentirse como en casa.

Pros: Alojamiento cálido y acogedor, muy limpio y confortable. Un mini paraíso dentro de Palermo.

Pros: Posizione ottima, con possibilità di parcheggio su strada facile da trovare e gratuito dopo le 20. Camere ampie, comode e pulite. Ampi spazi di disimpegno con soggiorno, cucina, bagno con doccia ottimamente funzionante. Comodissimo, centralissimo ed adeguatissimo per trascorrere una settimana in 4 persone. Antonello, il proprietario, sempre disponibile H24. Self check-in molto funzionale e semplice.
