Pros: Great location. Spacious, clean. It was perfect for our stay in Palermo. Some nice eclectic restaurants nearby too!

Strategic & central location in downtown Palermo

Pros: + Central location, with most attractions in walking distance & a store around the corner + Large enough for a large family or multiple couples - tough to find similar-sized apartments in Palermo + Not too noisy given its central location

Cons: - Even though the digitized check-in process is a good idea in principle, it is cumbersome in its application. For 6 people, you end up uploading 18 pictures. And all-in, you get around 12-15 emails prior to your stay (everything is duplicated through the check-in app and through Booking). Its soo much, you end up missing the important bits - no wonder I missed how to actually get into the apartment in the deluge of emails.

Pros: Great location for exploring the old town on foot. In the evening, you can easily find a parking space nearby. Fairly safe area of the city. The apartments are clean, tidy and spacious. Nice staff, ready to help in a difficult situation.

Great accomodation!

Pros: Giuseppe, the owner, is an excellent host! He met us at the property and guided us through everything in the flat. He gave us good suggestion to enjoy the evening around the city centre. He was one text away for any doubts even before the day of the check-in. Flat is well equipped with everything needed and in a central location, not far away from Teatro Massimo. I definitely recommend the place!

Cons: At night and early morning, noise could be heard from outside in the street.Although not the owner’s fault but a double glazing windows would help. Other than that! All perfect.

Pros: Posizione centrale, a pochi passi dal Politeama, nei pressi della nuova fermata della metro/treno Lolli. Appartamento ampio e comodo, con check-in automatico e veloce, con un buon rapporti qualità/prezzo. Staff gentile e super disponibile.
