GOLD SUITE&SPA

Pros: Amazing place, close to everything Friendly staff All the amenities included upon arrival Netflix, jacuzzi, sauna Very modern, very clean Comfortable bed

Cons: Nothing. Everything was great.

So much fun and a great location

Pros: Very thoughtfully put together space, absolutely perfect.

Quirky room with excellent location.

Pros: The location was excellent, quiet street but really close to some fantastic restaurants, the port and the main tourist area. The room was large but needed more wardrobe space, just one small hanger rail. The breakfast delivered to your room every morning by the housekeeper was a great touch, and the daily housekeeper was exceptional.

Cons: Lack of wardrobe space meant draping clothes over chairs. It’s a quirky room and the very large spa bath just took far too long to fill so we never got to use it. Lots of keys to get through the courtyard, maybe a colour combination would help.

Overall it was a comfortable stay in a lovely location and the room facilities were lovely.

Pros: The spa bath and sauna in the rooms were lovely and made the stay very enjoyable. The room was clean and had a coffee machine which was very nice. The location was very close to the centre so it was great for exploring the local area.

Cons: The breakfast consisted of just 2 croissants and some toast with jam which was not very substantial so could have been better. The shower was also quite old and did not have good pressure. We expected some prosecco on arrival which was written in the room description but it was not supplied.

Relaxing and good equipment

Pros: very clean, comfortable bed, whirlpool relaxing, room in a good condition

Cons: breakfast below average, no windows

Pros: It was very clean and the interior the room very nice like on the photos. It was within walking distance to the centrum. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We can definitely recommend it.

Amazing, thanks for everything❤️❤️❤️

Pros: Everything was beautiful, the rooom is very nice, breakfast was also excellent and the service is the best👌🏻👌🏻 I especially liked the availability. We needed help a little later in the evening and we got an answer extremely quickly. The location is 🔝. Cathedral, fountains, catacombs and much more is very close. If we visit Palermo again, we will definitely come back to this apartment🥰🫶🏻

Excellent for couples.

Pros: Clean and tidy, cleaner refreshed everything everyday. Easy to find with clear instructions. Coffee, tea and fridge provided. Smart tv etc . Comfortable bed .

Cons: Nothing bad to say!

Pros: The room is extremely nice with the jacuzzi etc., everything works very well and the apartment is nicely located, very close to the old town and the city center, you can walk everywhere! Perfect for couples

Cons: The communication with the host is only over WhatsApp and sometimes not super easy

We wish we could stay longer!

Pros: Amazing spa and sauna, very comfortable bed, great location, great amenities
