Excellent. Friendly owner. Would stay again
Pros: Modern property with sufficient space and a nice outside area. Outdoor shower and a washing machine available. Walkable to the beach and supermarket/restaurants. Easy parking in August on the street
Cons: A bigger umbrella on the grass would have allowed us to make more use of the outdoor space

Pros: Giuseppe jest niezwykłym gospodarzem. Zaprosił nas na poczęstunek i odbyliśmy przemiłą rozmowę. Jest responsywny i dba o gości. Lokalizacja mieszkania jest bardzo dobra: kilka minut pieszo do autobusu, podobnie na plażę, a co najważniejsze - jest bardzo cicho i spokojnie. Blisko do kawiarni, pizzerii, lodziarni. Łóżko jest bardzo wygodne. W łazience był szampon i żel oraz płyn do higieny intymnej. W kuchni znajduje się moka i czajnik elektryczny. Listopadowa pogoda nie pozwoliła na korzystanie z zewnętrznych leżaków, więc nie możemy ocenić tych udogodnień.

Fajny apartament i gospodarz!
Pros: Na przywitanie spotkała nas butelka wyśmienitego wina. W sypialni pojemna szafa. W kuchni praktycznie niczego nie brakowało,a jeżeli brakowało, to gospodarz mieszkający za ścianą chętnie pożyczał. Była możliwość szybkiego ogrzania klimatyzacja. Bezpłatne rowery też się przydały. Ulica spokojna i cicha, nieduży Ogródek z leżakami. Fajny pobyt
Cons: Jeśli śpi się w kuchni to jest ciut jasno od światełek modema, czujników-ale to drobiazg

Gigantisch und familiär!
Pros: Die Ankunft bei Giuseppe war sehr einfach und familiär! Es war alles da was einen Urlaub erholsam macht! Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden. Das beste war das Frühstück auf der kleinen Terrasse. Ruhig, sonnig und entspannt. Das Badezimmer ist sehr modern. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit die Waschmaschine zu benutzen. Alles ebenerdig und sauber. Der kleine Garten an der Ferienwohnung ist schön mit typischen Pflanzen aus den südliche Ländern. Was wir besonders schön fanden, war das wir mit unseren zwei großen Hunden nicht nur herzlich willkommen waren sondern auch diese sich im angrenzenden Garten frei bewegen konnten. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist schon die Reise wert. Nicht mal 10 Minuten zu Fuß, waren wir am Strand von Mondello. Zur Entspannung haben wir zwischen Ferienwohnung und dem Meer gewechselt. Wir kommen wieder! Danke an Giuseppe das wir so familiär aufgenommen wurden und unseren Urlaub einfach genießen konnten!

Pros: Recentemente abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questa villetta, poco distante dalla spiaggia di Mondello. Il proprietario, Giuseppe, ci ha accolto con molta cordialità tanto da farci sentire sin da subito in famiglia. La casa è molto bella, accogliente e funzionale. C'è un bel giardinetto, ideale anche per chi ha un cane. Giuseppe è stato disponibilissimo e molto attento nel soddisfare le nostre richieste. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene e, se dovessimo pianificare di nuovo una vacanza a Mondello, sicuramente torneremo in questa casa. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!! Danila, Tony e Max

Pros: Монделло в принципе прекраснейшее место. Невероятно цветущий (в буквальном смысле слова) город, утопающий в зелени и цветах. Сами апарты по сути отдельный дом, очень уютные, есть все, что нужно. Очень радушные хозяева. Отдых практически как у друзей на даче )) все было супер!

Soluzione ideale a 2 passi dalla spiaggia di Mondello
Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in questa porzione di villa completamente indipendente con ingresso pedonale separato, a 10-15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Mondello e dal lungomare con bar e locali. Si trova senza problemi posto auto in strada proprio fuori l’ingresso. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Interno tutto nuovo con soggiorno dotato di cucina attrezzatissima, bagno e stanza da letto tutto spazioso e ideale per 2 persone ma anche per 4, spazio all’aperto autonomo e ampio con tavolini, ombrellone, panca e lettini oltre a doccia esterna. TOP
Cons: Assolutamente tutto perfetto. Magari un plus potrebbe essere mettere a disposizione dei clienti in cucina una di quelle macchinette da caffè con cialde o capsule per coccolarci ancora di più 😜

Spacious property close to the beach with a beautiful garden
Pros: Very nice location close to the beach and easily reachable. The property is spacious and comes with full amenities. There is also a very nice garden and an external shower. We really enjoyed our stay here.
