Pros: Location and very nice host in combination with clean appartment that has all you need. Host is flexible and available for any question during a stay. Parking in front of the appartment is free which is convinient as well. Very close to main attractions.

Pros: I highly recommend it! Great apartment, large, spacious and clean. Equipped with everything you need, towels, plates, high-speed internet, air conditioning and two bathrooms. It is in a great location, close to the center of Palermo and the main station, so it is an ideal starting point for trips around Sicily. If you rent a car, you can easily find free parking nearby. Close to the Todis store and the Panificio Antonelli Teresa bakery (which I also recommend, fresh bread made on site every day). The daily electricity consumption included in the price is 15 kWh, but unless the air conditioning runs all day long, this is enough. An additional advantage is Mr. Antonio, the company representative, very nice and helpful, he replied to messages quickly, there were no problems with contact.

Pros: The communication between me and the landlord worked great and fast. Everything was clean except from one Toilet brush.

Cons: Everything you needed was there in terms of equipment, although the pan wasn't so good as things were easily encrusted on it

Ένιωσα πολύ οικεία, άνετο σπίτι με πολύ καλά κρεβάτια και όλα τα κομφορ. Ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενικός!

Pros: Δεν ειχε πρωινό, ωστόσο μας καλωσόρισαν με ένα μπουκάλι κρασί, είχε νερά παγωμένα στο ψυγείο και καφέ σε κάψουλες και μάλιστα πολύ ωραίο εσπρέσο.

Cons: Όλα ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχα.

Pros: El apartamento es muy grande totalmente renovado, está muy limpio , la atención del Sr. Antonio muy buena nos indicó todos los lugares de interés, lo recomendamos , si tenemos que volver sin duda vendremos aquí Gracias por todo

Ein wunderschönes und in guter Entfernung zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten gelegen

Pros: Das Appartement ist ausgesprochen komfortabel, sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es mangelt an nichts. Zur Begrüßung fanden wir Wein und mehrere Flaschen Wasser vor. Der Vermieter ist sehr behilflich bei allen Nachfragen.

Cons: Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Als Tipp wäre nur anzumerken: es gibt ab und zu Abstellmöglichkeiten für den PKW an der Straße. Große Ersparnis an Urlaubs- und Lebenszeit bringt die Einstellung in einer Garage, die sich genau gegenüber dem Appartement befindet.

Durch die gute Lage der Wohnung konnten wir viel unternehmen.

Pros: Es ist eine schöne, angenehme und großzügige Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt günstig zum Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Gerne immer wieder.
