We would like to return!
Pros: A great location, in the middle of Palermo. At first, the neighborhood seems a bit strange, but nobody notices you, they all have their own businesses, they don't mind you. The neighborhood is safe, we had a 10-year old child with us. The apartment is very big and cozy and the host left for us lots of food as breakfast for all days spent there. It was coffee, tea, water in the fridge etc. Everything was clean and welcoming. The apartment has a terrace at the entrance, which is very cozy and it is the perfect place to have your coffee in the morning before exploring the narrow streets of Palermo. It is an oasis of peace. I really recommend this venue and we would like to return! Thank you so much for everything!

Pros: Our stay in Palermo was wonderful, thanks to the great apartment and the very attentive and caring Tiziana. The rooms are comfortable, large and bright, there is everything you need (washing machine, iron, household chemicals, etc.). The apartments have a wonderful terrace with chairs for relaxing. A large number of delicious breakfast items were also left. Tiziana is always ready to help and is happy to advise what to visit in the city. We recommend it wholeheartedly and hope to come back again!

Pros: Appartement calme, proche du marché Ballaro, de la gare routière et du train, de la mer ainsi que des monuments et tout cela à pied !
Cons: Une machine à café défectueuse et une chasse d'eau qui n'evacue pas : oblige de remplir un grand seau d'eau pour le vider dans les toilettes comme chasse d'eau.

Pros: Localização perto do centro da zona histórica, apesar da zona ser mal frequentada e suja. Apartamento com pequeno almoço de pacote mas perfeitamente aceitável. As toalhas e os lençóis eram limpos e as camas eram confortáveis. Alojamento tinha tudo o que era necessário, mas muito básico e simples. Estacionamento fácil e gratuito na rua. Padaria ao lado. Óptimo para uns dias em Palermo. Deu perfeitamente...
Cons: O apartamento era um anexo num pátio. Nada de mal O chuveiro era directo e como tal molhava-se logo a cabeça. O quadro elétrico desligava quando se ligava mais equipamentos. Nada de mais

Pros: Przede wszystkim Tiziana, właścicielka apartamentu, jest niezwykle pomocną i kontaktową osobą. Błyskawicznie reaguje na każdą prośbę. Apartament położony jest w dogodnej okolicy, blisko dworca, starego miasta oraz około kwadransa spaceru od morza. Dużym plusem jest usytuowanie apartamentu w wewnetrznym podwórzu, gdzie jest cicho i w ogóle nie słychać odgłosów ulicy. Jeśli chodzi o udogodnienia w apartamencie to ma praktycznie wszystko, co jest potrzebne
Cons: Niestety nad łazienką należałoby jeszcze popracować. Spłuczka w toalecie nie daje rady. Kabina prysznicowa także wymagałaby wymiany i zamontowanie słuchawki prysznicowej a nie tylko deszczownicy...

Pros: Tiziana répond rapidement aux messages et elle est très avenante. Retirer les clés de l’appartement a été simple. De plus, il est proche du centre-ville. Nous avons fait tous nos déplacements à pied. Étant donné que l’appartement se situe dans une cours intérieure d’immeuble, c’est très calme.
Cons: Nous avons remarqué que l’utilisation de l’eau générait du bruit.

Pros: La gentillesse de notre hôte.Tout comme les habitants de Palerme. Les visites sont agréables, les paysages magnifiques. Les marchés riches en couleur, la nourriture délicieuse

Schöne, ruhige Wohnung in Zentrumsnähe
Pros: Schöne, große Wohnung mitten im Herzen Palermos. Die Wohnung liegt wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Ballaro-Markt entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustüre und auch der Bahnhof ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist über einen Innenhof erreichbar und verfügt über 2 große Schlafzimmer, eine Küche mit Essplatz und einem Bad. Das Frühstück war für alle gebuchten Tage auf dem Tisch vorbereitet (Croissants, Zwieback, Marmelade, Getränke). Es gibt eine sehr gute Espressomaschine mit Pads. Die Kommunikation mit der sehr netten Vermieterin klappt super, wir haben innerhalb weniger Minuten stets eine Antwort auf alle Fragen erhalten. Auch konnten wir aufgrund unserer frühen Anreise unser Gepäck im Innenhof sicher deponieren.

Pros: Apartament położony w centrum Palermo. Idealny na zwiedzanie miasta. Przesympatyczna właściciela, dbająca o potrzeby gości Wszystko co potrzebne jest na wyposażeniu obiektu.
Cons: Niestety w apartamencie panuje wilgioć i ogromny hałas w sypualni przez napełniający się zbiornik na wodę.

Un apartamento de 10 y una anfitriona de 100!!
Pros: Una propietaria encantadora y súper atenta, disponible las 24 horas del día. A menos de 10 minutos del centro, en una zona segura y cerca de un supermercado grande. El apartamento es muy espacioso, está muy limpio y no le falta de nada (secador, lavadora, horno, fogones, toallas, jabón, calefacción, TV e incluso un gran desayuno que nos duró los 4 días para 5 personas!!)
Cons: Todo perfecto!!!
