Pros: The apartment was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and crockery. The bedrooms are large, with small balconies overlooking the square.

Cons: All good as only the two of us, but the kitchen and living/dining areas are very small and dark (little windows and no direct sunlight. I think it would be a squeeze but fine if only using for breakfast and eating out during the day.

Amazing

Pros: Gabriele was amazing! He recommended us a lot of places to go to. He helped us with transfers back and forth from the airport. He booked us for the best restaurant ever. Trattoria no zu Toto e niputi. Thank you Gabriele for everything!

A spacious apartment with very close proximity to the Cathedral in Palermo.

Pros: Undoubtedly the location of the apartment was excellent with literally a five minute walk to reach the Cathedral and subsequently a short walk to reach Quattro Canti. The apartment was very spacious and each bedroom had a small balcony with a view of the Cathedral. The air conditioning was effective and the wi fi worked well.

Cons: The apartment is situated on the second floor which could be an issue with suitcases. The adjacent apartment guests were quite noisy in their conversations. Currently, there are renovation works being undertaken next door with drilling often starting at 8.00am. The apartment has character and is somewhat dated. The shower head needs replacing. We experienced difficulty working the washing machine which actually was due to the mis placement of the plug behind the machine, this took two days to resolve with Ernesto eventually coming to solve the problem.

Pros: Being a host myself, I have to say I loved everything about this stay. It was super easy to walk to all the must-see spots. Even though it's right in the middle of town, it was so quiet at night. The view from the balcony is absolutely fantastic, and we really enjoyed having a drink out there in the night! (!)But(!) the real star of this place is Gabriele! He was always available and so willing to help, giving us the best tips for places to visit, eat, and have fun. The apartment itself is a gem, and Gabriele's kindness and knowledge do it justice. He's absolutely fantastic!

Pros: I really liked the view from the window, the little balcony, and Gabriel’s responsiveness. He helped us find a restaurant for dinner and made a reservation for us.

Cons: For me, the pillows were too firm.

Perfect stay for 4 adults

Pros: Perfect location, super clean and comfortable for 4 adults. We had a really good stay! The flat is big, beautiful views, everything in town can be reached by foot. I can also recommend having breakfast in the cafe downstairs. The flat has everything for a comfortable stay in Palermo. Absolutely recommend.

Cons: Keep in mind it can get a bit noisy during the night as it is a central location, but it’s actually not bad at all and totally worth staying in the flat.

Romanticising Palermo on a sceneric balcony with a view on Cathedral

Pros: We came for a girls trip, 4 of us. The view on Cathedral was fantastic. Location is very central, everything you need is nearby. Gabriele was always responsive, gave clear instructions for check in and out, recommendations for restaurants and places to see. The shower got broken and they came to fix it really fast. Great apartments, totally recommend.

Cons: It would be great to have more than 1 key for the future

Pros: Apartament czysty, przestronny. Piękny widok z okna. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Bardzo dobre miejsce na kilkudniowy pobyt.

Pros: Alles top: zentrale Lage, sonniger Traumblick auf die Kathedrale, pasticceria gleich unten, bald auch eine Pizzeria, Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, große Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten.
