Residenza Cattedrale

Pros: The property is in a great location, very near to the cathedral. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Enrico was a great host, always answering any questions quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Cons: Only one thing, the road outside the bedroom can be noisy at times, especially in the morning.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It's well equipped and the space is well thought out. The location was perfect for us - we arrived by train and walked from the station to the apartment. It was a perfect place to explore the city - and also a lovely place to relax. Check in worked well with the key box - especially as our train was delayed and we ended up arriving late at night. The host, Enrico, was very quick to respond to our queries.

Pros: Couldn’t find better apartment for our stay in Palermo, we had the best location and so close to the center. The apartment was so clean and comfortable, and has everything that you’d need for a short stay. Really recommend!

I recommend!

Pros: Its very close to the city centre. it was fairly quiet and private. The host was very responsive and helped us with a problem that we had with water. The neighbours are super nice and there are 3 balconies which is amazing.

Cons: The AC is in only one of the bedrooms, so the other bedroom which is quite far from the AC is always hot😕

Perfect

Pros: Could not have been in a better location. It had everything we needed and was full of charm

Pros: More like an apartment you might actually live in than the usual holiday rental. Had everything we needed. Bright for city centre and quiet except for some cars in the street. Very convenient location. Heating worked well. Check in not hard.

Cons: Nothing.

Well located apartment near cathedral

Pros: Location near the cathedral was great, apartment was new and just as in the photos. Enrico was very responsive and accommodating despite our delayed arrival. Well-equipped, and the bottle of cold water was much appreciated. The AC and fan were perfect for the intense summer heat.

Cons: Everything was fine for us, but very narrow stairs so not suitable for people with mobility issues or lots of luggage.

Enjoyed the place

Pros: We had a wonderful stay, the location is convenient right next to the cathedral and everything is within a walking distance. Apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable with a lot of windows, so there is enough day light. Everything is new and renovated. The bed is comfortable. Kitchen is well equiped for some basic cooking and there is also coffee machine. The adventage is self check in. Enrico is very helpful host. We would like to come back!

Una casa accogliente e comoda

Pros: ottima posizione a due passi dalla cattedrale, la casa era pulita accogliente e con i servizi necessari al soggiorno, tutto funzionante

Cons: non c'era la lavastoviglie

Spaceful and well located

Pros: The flat was very spaceful, it was clean, bathroom was fine, wifi worked perfectly. It is located right next to the Cathedral, so location was perfect. I stayed before in Palermo in places where the outside noise is a little annoying, but not on this one. I would definitely return.
