Large, nice and clean apartment
Pros: Large, nice and well equipped apartment. Close to city centre, with great kitchen and balloons. Few of bedrooms, Wi-Fi.
Cons: High traffic thanks to the port in neighborhood.

It was comfortable and it had everything we needed.
Pros: the property was big, clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and clean. kitchen was equipped with everything. Location was superb. very near to the city centre and shopping area. we walked everywhere easily.

Very comfortable and we had a lovely time at this property and highly recommend it
Pros: The property was much larger than I thought and had every possible convenience one could want. it was beautiful and spacious and decorated with a high degree of class. we absolutely loved it and would stay here again.
Cons: There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Pros: What a wonderful apartment! Next to countless rooms and balconies, there is a large kitchen AND a huge living room with a generous view of the harbor. This place has character! Stylish furniture, a really high ceiling, choose your sofa, there are many! And you will like the neighborhood: Go around the corner to find some beautiful street art, take the short walk to Teatro Massimo: turn left to stroll through the touristic center of town, turn right for elegant shopping. We liked it a lot!

Soggiorno molto piacevole anche grazie all’accoglienza dello staff e dell’appartamento.
Pros: Struttura molto bella, climatizzata, ben ammobiliata, molto grande completa di tutti i comfort. Il proprietario disponibilissimo per ogni richiesta e consiglio.
Cons: L’appartamento è situato accanto a una strada molto trafficata. I rumori si sentivano in modo particolare nelle stanze da letto. Sarebbe ottimo provvedere all’isolamento acustico dell’appartamento. Allora tutto sarebbe al top.

Pros: Je velké prostorné, jsou tak klimatizace dvě koupelny. Pro rodinu skvělý. Jestli budeme mít v plánu dovolenou do Palerma tak určitě si vybereme tohle ubytování.

Pros: The apartment is very well acquired with all what you will need.
Cons: The host has a CCTV camera installed inside the reception, this camera was recording us inside the apartment, it is mentioned on booking that there is a camera recording or CCTV, but I never had a situation where the camera was installed inside the apartment and taking footage for us.

Wunderschöne grosse Wohnung mit Designer Möbel und Hafenblick
Pros: Die Wohnung ist riesengross, sehr geschmackvoll und elegant eingerichtet, gemühtlich, hat alles was man braucht, sogar mehrere Balkon. Die Betten sind bequem, starker Wasserstrahl zum Duschen. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, die Altstadt und Markt sind zu Fuss erreichbar, Blick auf den Hafen mit Kreuzfahrtschiffe, man kann sogar zeitweise das Meer riechen. Damiano war beim Einchecken sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben wertvolle Tipps zum Transport, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants bekommen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und unkompliziert. Wir durften sogar später auschecken. 🤩 Wir sind begeistert und werden sicher wieder diese Wohnung buchen!
Cons: Das einzig Negative war der Verkehrslärm von der Hauptstrasse. Wir haben trotzdem gut geschlafen, jedoch für lärmempfindliche Menschen könnte es störend werden..

Pros: Very spacious apartment, with amazing interior full of iconic design objects of their age ('80-90s) carefully selected. The apartment felt fully lived in, and had plenty of spirit. The location was convenient both for walking and public transport (the bus stop was a few steps from the main entrance).
Cons: The sound insulation is quite poor, and the main road just in front of the building is super busy day and night. Having a good sleep wasn't easy, it needed some getting used to.
