Appartamento in centro Titi's place

Highly recommended for anyone wanting to experience Palermo's energy!

Pros: We spent 10 wonderful nights at Titi’s Place in the heart of Palermo and absolutely loved it! The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like home away from home. The host was fantastic - very friendly and helpful. She gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and places worth visiting, which made our experience even more special. The location is perfect for exploring the city, just a short walk from the main train/bus station and one of Palermo's central streets. Do keep in mind that the area is lively, and you can hear the sounds of the city (music, conversations) late into the night. So if you're looking for peace and quiet, this might not be ideal, but for those who enjoy vibrant city life, it’s absolutely perfect!

Spacious and very good for exploring Palermo by foot. Lots of great restaurants and bars nearby

Pros: The location of the apartment is really good. You're close to all the important sights in the old town of Palermo. The no.1 bar & restaurant / shopping street is located only 20m away. Lots of (very) good restaurants are also in close range. If you choose to use the Prestia & Comandé shuttlebus to get to Palermo from the airport, you can get off at a bus station 400m away from the apartment. The apartment is very spacious, even for two people. Basic kitchen cutlery, a microcwave, a fridge and stove tops are available. The apartment is clean, especially the bathroom. The host is very friendly, willing to help, if problems occur and responds fast via booking.com or WhatsApp. She even gave me a little present at the end of my stay, which was very nice of her. Be aware, that the host only speaks italian and some basic french in person. But even if you dont speak any of these languages, the communication still works out fine. I had a really good stay in the end!

Cons: The building itsself, facilities and the furniture of the apartment are bit older than presented in the photos. There are some scratches or minor cracks at some of the furniture, which I didnt mind too much. Due to its proximity to the no.1 bar & restaurant / shopping street it can be loud later in the evening/night, especially at the weekend. But if you use earplugs, its absolutely fine and you're still able to sleep. Due to the placement of the lamps in the apartment, it might feel darker at some spots of the aparment, than you are used to from home. Depending on your preferences, the blanket of the bed might feel to thin. But this is just my personal liking.

Pros: Hostess - friendly, hospitable and supportive, apartment - extremely clean, exquisite, all amenities and facilities in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The location - despite the fact that apartment situated in the heart of the Palermo centre it was cozy and calm as much as possible. Highly recommended, this apartment will exceed your expectations.

Soggiorno perfetto sotto ogni aspetto!

Pros: Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento. La posizione è ottima, centrale ma tranquilla, ideale per esplorare la città a piedi. L’appartamento è spazioso, luminoso e impeccabilmente pulito, perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro. Un ringraziamento speciale all’host, estremamente gentile e attenta: ci ha fatto trovare acqua fresca in frigo, alcune stuzzicherie per la colazione e altri piccoli dettagli non specificati nella descrizione, ma davvero molto graditi e che hanno reso l'accoglienza ancora più calorosa. Consigliatissimo, torneremmo senza esitazione!

Pros: Alloggio superconfortevole. Posizione perfetta per visitare Palermo e rimanere vicini al mare. Ospitalità e gentilezza e superdisponibile.

Fantastico tutto

Pros: L'appartamento e' spazioso e ben arredato, con una cucina attrezzata e un bagno confortevole. La posizione è ottima per esplorare a piedi la città. Nelle vicinanze ottimi ristoranti dove potere assaporare la fantastica cucina siciliana. La stazione ferroviaria e la fermata dei bus sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fornito consigli utili per visitare la città. Suggerisco vivamente quest' appartamento per chi vuole trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole.

Titi's Place = Top

Pros: Appartamento centralissimo, in palazzo storico, ci si muove tranquillamente a piedi e quindi i numerosi siti di interesse storico culturale sono facilmente raggiungibili; stessa considerazione per i ristoranti (dove è possibile godere della ottima e varia cucina palermitana). La casa è arredata con cura e ricercatezza, comoda e spaziosa ed Il letto è comodissimo. La cucina è dotata di tutti gli utensili. La proprietaria è molto cordiale e disponibile per ogni necessità.

Pros: Il est vraiment spacieux et propre. En plus de ca il contient tout les équipements nécessaires pour vivre une petit vie tranquille.

Perfekte Lage! Traumhafte Unterkunft, super liebe Hosts!

Pros: Die Unterkunft selbst: sehr großzügig und offen geschnitten, liebevoll und besonders eingerichtet. Aber vor allem auch die Lage war perfekt.

Cons: Nachts war es manchmal etwas lauter von der nebenliegenden Straße. Aber das ist vermutlich in allen etwas belebteren Gegenden in Palermo so.

Pros: Bardzo ładny i duży apartament w samym centrum starego miasta. Blisko do dworca kolejowego (13-15 min piechotą), portu i wszystkich ważniejszych atrakcji. Byliśmy bez samochodu więc lokalizacja była dla nas ważna. W odległości 100 metrów duży supermarket otwarty cały dzień (nie mają sjesty), również w dni wolne i święta. Czysta i nowa łazienka, ręczniki, kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, ekspres do kawy na kapsułki, wygodne łóżko, klimatyzacja. Właścicielka bardzo miła i pomocna. Nasz pobyt oceniamy na 10. Dziękujemy za miły upominek przy wymeldowaniu.
