All in all, we had a wonderful stay in Palermo.
Pros: This apartment is perfectly located in Palermo's city center, within walking distance of major sites like the train station, Mercato di Ballarò, and Fontana Pretoria. Just around the corner, you'll find a delicious local pizza shop for a quick takeaway meal. The apartment looks newly renovated and is well-equipped, featuring a spacious bedroom and a washing machine. The kitchen is more than adequate, and the owner kindly provided us with Italian pasta, tomato sauce, salt, and olive oil—a lovely touch that allowed us to cook a true Italian meal, something not always offered in short rentals. While the owner speaks only Italian, his son was always available to help translate when necessary. They both live nearby and were ready to assist immediately if any issues arose.
Cons: The key for eletricity for whole apartment is a bit tricky. Since this key is bundled with entry keys, If you need to go outside, this key has to be taken with you and you can not use wash machine during this point in time.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay
Pros: Great apartment! Super well equipped with everything you need for a short or even a long stay. The jacuzzi is a big plus! Location is good, just a few minutes from the center, and parking was super easy — you can park for free right on the street. The hosts were really nice and always ready to help. Totally recommend!

非常棒！！
Pros: 特别棒，因为我们提早到，房东回复非常快，并且让我们提前入住。房间非常干净，很安全，并且附近可以免费停车，提供了一切我们所需要。还有早餐，甚至还有PS4， 离市场很近。下次来巴勒莫还会住这里，非常感谢🙏
Cons: 非要提的话，可以把浴室那个洗发液和沐浴露写上名字。

Pros: Notre hôte et son fils ont été adorables, ont tout fait pour se rendre disponibles et nous rendre service. L'appartement est très joli, décoré avec goût et très fonctionnel. Il a une baignoire à remous très sympa après des journées de marche. Les enfants ont adoré la présence surprise de la PS4😉. L'appartement est près de tous les points d'intérêts de Palerme. Je recommande vivement! !

Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato in questi appartamenti a Palermo e ci siamo trovati benissimo. I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili e ospitali, sempre disponibili per qualsiasi domanda o necessità. Ci siamo sentiti davvero accolti. L’appartamento è molto grande, spazioso e pulito — un grande valore aggiunto. Inoltre ci siamo sentiti sempre al sicuro: la presenza delle telecamere nelle aree comuni dà ulteriore tranquillità. La posizione è ottima: in 10–15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il Duomo di Palermo. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche le piccole attenzioni, come i prodotti gratuiti per la colazione e l’acqua già disponibile all’arrivo, così non è stato necessario correre subito al supermercato. Un grande grazie ai proprietari per l’ospitalità — appartamento davvero accogliente!

Tutto è bene ciò che finisce bene
Pros: Purtroppo a causa di un problema elettrico, non dipendente dalla volontà dell’Host non ho potuto usufruire della stanza ma Francesco, ottimo padrone di casa, mi ha prontamente e in pochi passaggi riprotetto su una struttura alternativa nella quale mi sono trovato molto bene.

Mega Komfort- Super Service in guter Lage.
Pros: Super gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit tollem Jakuzzi (Aufpreis 25 euro pro Tag). Die Gastgeber sind wundervolle Menschen. Kein Wunsch bleibt über. 24/7 bemüht. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb der Altstadt (1,6 km) aber Nähe dem Markt von Ballero. Die Unterkunft ist zwar im EG aber sehr gut durch Stahltore und Gitter gesichert. Kameras sind auch vorhanden.
Cons: Die Straßen sind sehr vermüllt. Der Unterkunft fehlt es leider an Tageslicht. Die Gegend ist etwas heruntergekommen. Das ist aber ein allgemeines Problem außerhalb der Altstadt Palermos.
