Spacious and very unique flat !!!!

Pros: The flat was absolutely spotless. Very spacious in deed and with many spaces to gather , if you are in a group, serval tables and living rooms to share together and socialized. The terrace is certainly the most beautiful of all , you can hear the kids from a near by nursery . The kitchen was sufficiently equipped and easy enough to find what you need. we prepare a couple of meals easily . The location was good , we only walk around 15 / 20 minutes through a wide boulevard to get to the city center and amaze you at every corner you turn. Easy walk and good way to digest before going to bed !!!!!. The host was very accommodating as we had a mixed up with our departure date . (issues on our side only )

Cons: If you have a light sleep , I recommend earplugs, there is not double glazing and Palermo sleeps late and wakes up early with motorcycles and lively people all over, but is Palermo , so you will find this every where in Sicily. As this was the first time I used the platform to book any accommodation and I failed to advise the host we will have a pet with us , thinking will not be needed as it was pet friendly , so I was informed at arrival that an additional cleaning fee will apply , initially was intended to be 25Eur per night , but some common sense prevailed and we were charged a total of 50Eur for the entire stay of 4 days .

An inspiring place, we felt immediately at home

Pros: We had an amazing time at Cuba's Art House — the apartment is gorgeous, the hosts are lovely. The apartment is conveniently close to grocery stores, a 30 min walk to the city and an easy drive to beaches! We'll definitely be back.

Cons: Nothing!

Lovely property in Palermo which made our say there very enjoyable and I would back there again.

Pros: I loved enormous size inside the apartment and big terrace where 5 of us spent every evening before bedtime, I also loved the art hanging on walls and contemporary mix with more traditional look inside. Property offers everything you need, comfortable beds in 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms, one big spatial with bathtub and another smaller with shower. Also big plus of property is great location. Easy to get by walk to historical centre of Palermo ( it takes about 15-20 min by one street straight walk ) and also easy to get to tram stop which takes you to Notarbartolo train station or to bus stop which takes you straight to beautiful Mondello beach. Also good price for rent:)

Cons: There’s nothing to dislike in property except one small thing which may not bother everybody:) Shower cabin is a bit tiny.

A roomy apartment with many artefacts, and a helpful host

Pros: The host arranged to meet with us at no additional cost, even though, due to flight delays, it was past midnight. It is a lovely apartment full of excellent paintings and artefacts, so it differed from most places we have stayed before. The host was very attentive and provided all the support needed.

Cons: There are two WC/bathrooms, one with a tub and the other with a shower cubicle. We would have preferred to have two cubicles instead, as it was impractical to take a quick shower in the tub without wetting the floor.

Pros: I very much enjoyed the uniqueness of the apartment! It had a lot of space both inside and outside, where you were able to enjoy eachothers company as a group! I would definetly choose this appartement again upob returning to Palermo.

Pros: Spacious and comfortable with a generous veranda balcony at the rear of the apartment.

Cons: The front rooms to the main street do not have adequate sound proofing. The old style shutters on the outside and inside do not block street noise in the morning and evenings. The air conditioner to the front main bedroom was faulty and did not work. A technician was called but was not able to fix the problem. Some of the kitchen utensils could do with an upgrade. For eg: sharp kitchen knives, and tongs for cooking.

Picturesque

Pros: The layout of the flat was amazing. Proving lots of space to hang out as a group or if you wanted alone time. The terrace was out of a book, perfect.

Cons: Flat did get chilly at night and heating was hard to work out. Location was also a good 30-45 minute walk from the main areas of Palermo

Pros: Beautiful apartment with a unique personality. The terrace is perfect for an afternoon relax. Suitable for two families with two kids.
