Spacious, clean and comfortable. would highly recommend.

Pros: friendly and helpful host. clean and spacious apartment with good facilities including two balconies, in a nice quieter area outside the old town. couple of nice pizzeria’s, cafes and fairly large supermarkets very close by.

Cons: bit of a walk to the old town, which was fine for us, but the buses can be a bit hit and miss.

Pros: Es war sehr erfreulich, dass der Gastgeber uns persönlich bei der Anreise in Empfang nahm. Inzwischen ist das ja leider zur Ausnahme geworden. Auch ansonsten war Francesco sehr hilfsbereit hat uns Hinweise für Ausflüge oder Gastronomie gegeben und ein nächtliches Taxi bestellt. Da unser Flieger schon früh am Morgen in Palermo landete, hat er es auch ermöglicht, die Unterkunft vor 16 Uhr zu beziehen. Die Straße von der Wohnung ist recht befahren und die gegenüberliegende Kirche macht sich ebenfalls mehrfach am Tag bemerkbar. Aber nach kurzen Zeit hat man sich daran gewöhnt. Außerdem ist es wunderbar, auf dem kleinen Balkon, der nach hinten raus geht, zu frühstücken oder den Abend zu beschließen. Vor der Tür gibt es einen Bus der Richtung Altstadt (oder nach Monreale) fährt. Der Fußweg ins Zentrum ist etwas lang, aber wir sind ihn fast immer gelaufen - im Urlaub hat man ja auch Zeit, sportlich zu sein. Nochmals vielen Dank Francesco!!

Excellente option pour visiter Palermo.

Pros: À 15 min à pied de la vieille ville. Près de supermarchés.

Cons: Présence de beaucoup de fourmis dans la cuisine. Rien ne peut être laissé sur les comptoirs.

Pros: A localização, relativamente perto do centro de Palermo (20 minutos a pé).

Cons: Para 3 quartos, uma só casa de banho limitava um pouco.

Great stay in Palermo

Pros: If you like a bit of walk, the location is nice and take around 20 minutes to the city center. It's safe and nice area with shops and bakeries. It was easy to find a free parking nearby.

Cons: Taxes have increased and had to pay a bit more than it was indicated when booking was made.

Ottimo appartamentino in zona tranquilla

Pros: - La disponibilità al check in anticipo. - La verandina. - L'ubicazione sul viale alberato pieno di fiori profumati. -Le stanze ben curate, compreso il bagno. - letti e armadi essenziali e ben puliti. - La cucina ben attrezzata con tutto l'occorrente e con macchina espresso comprese cialde e zucchero. La bottiglia d'acqua utile all'arrivo. Consiglierei un piccolo forno a microonde per scaldare vivande e latte per i bambini. - Ottime le finestre che pur essendo su via ad intenso traffico, non lasciano passare troppo rumore,

Cons: - La chiusura delle porte interne un po' difficile da evitare il rumore in chiusura. - La doccia lascia fuoriuscire piccole quantità d'acqua durante l'utilizzo. - I cuscini un po' bassi e duri (questa è solo una mia impressione essendo abituato a dormire con due cuscini in piumetta d'oca)

Pros: L’appartamento è molto spazioso e curato, con bellissimi pavimenti e soffitti d’epoca. Si trova in una buona posizione per raggiungere il centro con una breve camminata. Offre tutti i comfort. Francesco è un host molto disponibile senza essere invadente e ci ha dato consigli molto utili. Davvero un’ottima esperienza!
