Cicco's Home - Holidays Apartment

An excellent apartment and great value for money.

Pros: Communication with and help from host. Method of entry to and security of property. Spaciousness of the apartment and quiet street close to supermarket and restaurants. Traditional furnishings mixed with modern. Care shown by host in responding to all we asked even providing information for a medical emergency. We felt we were living in rather than visiting Palermo.

Amazing stay at Cicco’s home- highly recommend if wanting a less touristy experience, live like a Sicilian!

Pros: A beautiful, historic, large apartment, close to town centre. So much room and excellent facilities. Salvatore was so lovely, provided lots of recommendations and was so easy to communicate with. Beds are comfortable, excellent air conditioning, kitchen has everything you need. Lots of lovely Trattorias close by

Cons: Nothing - it was fabulous

Pros: Salvatore was very responsive and friendly. Allowed us to check in early to drop off our bags. He also let us check out a little later as our flight was later in the day. He shared recommendations of restaurants and things to do - we visited one of the restaurants around the corner and it was fantastic. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the apartment was clean. Overall, we enjoyed the stay!

Perfect stay in the center of Palermo

Pros: Perfect localizafion, VERY helpful owner, fully equipped, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 bathrooms, 2 seperated bedrooms, perfect stay in center of Palermo 🙂

Cons: cleanliness could be improved (especially bathrooms)

Nice stay in central Palermo

Pros: Spacious apartment in a central location . Good amenities and everything was provided. The host Salvatore was responsive and even helped with parking as we couldn’t download the app to pay.

Cons: The street outside can be quite dark but overall the apartment was great

Pros: The apartment is excellent and very comfortable. It has everything you need! The owner is very pleasant and always available for anything you need. The center is nearby as well as everything you need.

Great appartment, peaceful location

Pros: It was a pleasure to stay in Cicco’s appartment. It is a peaceful and great location. The property is delicately furbished, with great style and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed a lot!

Cons: Everything was perfect.

Pros: The property is large. It is in an older building with lots of character. The decor is true to the style of the building. The independent air-conditioning units in the bedrooms and living room made the apartment very comfortable. Overall recommend.

Cons: The property has poor natural lighting in all areas except the master bedroom due to the type of windows/shutters and location of apartment. The location is a bit noisy and chaotic but that describes a good portion of Polermo.

Bel appartement authentique.

Pros: Très grand appartement agréable. La disponibilité de Salvatore , très à l'écoute.. L'emplacement de l'appartement près du centre à pied. Le petit café Dante à deux pas pour goûter les gâteaux et les glaces
