Eye on the Politeama - L'occhio sul Politeama

A dream location, which made our vacation even more beautiful...

Pros: We liked absolutely everything: the location very close to the center, but still away from noise, the way the apartment was arranged and equipped, the outdoor terrace with the spectacular orientation, the logistical support offered by the hosts and even the cafe across the street completed the whole pleasant experience. All the descriptions provided by other tourists were not exaggerated and this location is recommended for those who want a beautiful experience in Palermo.

Cons: We had two problems: the set of keys to the apartment is designed so that you can't leave without turning off the electricity, so you can't let someone sleep in the apartment, because you can't enter until you wake them up, and the second problem was the management of the garbage disposal according to the schedule displayed on the refrigerator door, which we never managed to respect (between 7:00 PM and 7:30 PM, the garbage was taken out outside the door, in certain categories, only on a certain day), so we gradually emptied it into the trash cans on the street.

wonderful stay!

Pros: Very clean, well furnished, spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, perfectly at the center of the city.

Pros: Efficient and prompt communication from Simona & Mario, perfect location and spacious apartment. Loved the terrace.

Cons: Electricity key inseparable from door key. If someone leaves the apartment and needs to take the key, leaves the others with no electricity (like shower...etc). Second door to the terrace wouldn't open, inconvenient to marching through the other room where ppl sleep. Few parts would need some TLC, like bathroom door or shower holder, and the bed is not too comfortable.

We had a very comfortable time in a stylish flat. Area was smart and buses easy to catch to travel

Pros: The flat was really good layout. Roof top so quiet and a great terrace to look out over Palermo. Kitchen facilities great for cooking.

Superb location and view from terrace

Pros: The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Bathroom was immense with large shower and large basin. Quite comfortable to spend even more than a weekend as there is an equipped kitchen. Being located in a residential building, we couldn't hear any noise and vice versa we tied to be mindful of residents, there was an incredible patio outside with a nice view. Windows closed were shielding from outside noises. Check in was smooth, so did the check out. Location was superb easy to reach main historical area and local attractions.

Cons: They provide you with basic supplies like towels and toilet papers, though a bit limited in quantity, especially the toilet paper. Few maintenance issues here and there, but nothing annoying.

Beautiful apartment

Pros: This apartment is truly wonderful! The location is excellent, making it easy to access all the city's landmarks and attractions. It's beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you might need. A major highlight is the terrace with its stunning views of the city and mountains.I suggest only replacing the plants on the terrace to make it an even better showcase for this beautiful apartment. The contact with the owners was also great; they were very helpful❤️ We were extremely satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this beautiful apartment to everyone.

Great location and outside space in the city

Pros: Great location, 10 minute walk to centre of town. Lovely terrace. Very nice owners on WhatsApp making sure everything was going well.

Pros: Great apartment in the center of Palermo. Very well equipped, clean and functional. Terrace and game room are an added bonus. Great contact with the owner. The apartment for both short and long stay. Thank you very much for the excellent comfort during our stay in Palermo.

Relaxing visit, making precious memories

Pros: The location was great. Just a short walk to the sites, lovely cafes and restaurants Spacious with a balcony and nice view. The lift was a bonus especially with luggage.

Cons: Minor but the lack of hand soap, washing up equipment and a drying cloth. As tourists, flying in, it means your forced to buy these basics on arrival but you have to leave them.
