Fantastic location

Pros: Amazing location. Couldn’t have asked for a better location! The host was very friendly and accomodating and gave us great recommendations for our stay. The apartment was beautiful - it is just like the photos. The apartment complex and location was very safe. Overall a great stay and great value for money!

Pros: The apartment is located right in the city centre, on a beautiful square with many places easily reachable on foot. Everything you need is nearby – restaurants, shops, cafés, etc. The airport shuttle bus (both from and to the airport) has a stop very close to the accommodation. The apartment offers a lovely view of the square and the palm trees. The place has air conditioning that can cool in summer and heat in winter. The apartment is stylishly furnished. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay was provided. Communication with the owner was smooth and without any problems.

Cons: As mentioned in previous reviews, the balcony door in the bedroom does not close properly. In the evening and at night, it sometimes felt as if there were no door at all, and the noise was very disturbing (we luckily had earplugs). Although the apartment is very nice, it is not quite as top-notch as it appears in the photos. It is clear that the photos are a bit older (or simply taken very professionally), and the apartment shows some signs of wear. It is still lovely, but not at the level the photos might suggest. I personally didn’t like that the door could only be locked using the electronic lock with a remote opening option and a relatively simple code. I would prefer an additional mechanical way to lock the door from the inside for extra security.

Pros: Top apartment with a great location, modern interior. It smells very nice and is clean. Fantastic view of the square. The hostess recommends excellent restaurants. I would come back.

Pros: Posizione centralissima in una zona davvero bella. Host molto gentile e presente per qualsiasi richiesta

Pros: Gabriele è stato gentilissimo e ha fornito tante indicazioni precise su cosa vedere cosa fare e dove mangiare, l'appartamento è in una posizione centrale vicino a tante cose da vedere, nei dintorni bar, pasticcerie e ristoranti

Pros: Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung ist schön eingerichtet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
