Elegant, comfortable,full of charm and character.

Pros: The apartment is full of character, charm and is furnished with excellent taste. Its huge, with high ceilings and it feels like home, rather than simply a furnished apartment. The host Luigi was very friendly and helpful, waited for us when we arrived, and sorted any issues, requests and a transfer for our return. Excellent experience

Pros: After a week in hotels, staying in this house was just wonderful. Plenty of room for us (3 adults) and very comfortable. The location is fantastic...we were able to walk to just about every place we wanted to go in a reasonably short time. Our host, Luigi, was very helpful and we always knew he was available if we needed him. We had a terrific time in Palermo and this apartment really added to our enjoyment.

Cons: It's a very old building (although the apt is nicely updated) so there are a few things you need to know. The first floor apartment is actually up about 2 flights of stairs. Of course there is no elevator. The apartment is located in a very cool neighborhood and it remains pretty active

Amazing beautiful home in the heart of Palermo

Pros: Luigi has the perfect home in the heart of Palermo. It’s big, fully equipped, and close to the grocery store and restaurants. What I love is that when it’s hot during the day, we would just stay at Luigi’s home. We would watch his smart tv, play board games and he has a lot of cool books. Luigi is also very responsive and helpful during our stay. I will miss this beautiful home so much.

Pros: Eccellente appartamento sotto ogni punto di vista, raramente la comodità e la bellezza della struttura si fondono così perfettamente. L’accoglienza è impareggiabile. Elegante e funzionale. Gli spazi sono generosissimi, c’è tutto il necessario per stare con la mente libera senza pensieri.
