Palermo Holidays

The perfect place for the rest. Thanks Enrico!

Pros: Apartment near sea and market. Enrico organised the transfer to the airport.

Cons: Everything ok

Pros: Apartment clean and equipped, quiet and safe area. Close to the beach, shop and bakery.

Pros: We are very pleased with the choice of the apartment. It is clean, cozy, freshly renovated. There is everything you need. Very comfortable bed and pillows, it's very important for me. The owner is attentive and pleasant, gave advice, answered all questions. Thank you.

Great location, clean apartment!

Pros: Very easy to check in. It was an amazing location with a friendly and helpful host! The apartment was clean, well kept and spacious.

Cons: The shower was quite small, would have been better if there was a proper shower head instead of the small handheld part. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but all in all, it was a great stay!

Great, would recommend the apartment.

Pros: Great apartment with three terraces if you include the one from the double room. Great little bakery just around the corner. 10min stroll to the beach and then another 10 mins to main area. Enrico gave some great restaurant recommendations. For info there is a free bus 84 from main square. Check under the stair fir beach brolley before buying one.

Cons: Nothing about apartment but beach in super busy (even more thankful for the roof terrace)

Pros: Comfortable and well-furnished apartments. We lived on the first floor, so it was not bad, but I recommend booking apartments in this complex on higher floors, the view will be better. Close to the beach, there is a place to park a car. My only comment is the lack of shelves in the shower cabin. All necessary things should be placed on the floor. But it will not ruin your vacation. Because these apartments have everything for a good rest.

Amazing property, great views.

Pros: Fantastic property. 3 private terraces, amazing views. Great location for beach and bus to Palermo. Enrico very helpful and welcoming. Couldn't ask for more.

Cons: General area in Mondello was quite dirty, streets not cleaned. Not fault of property, which was very clean, but not pleasant when walking outside. Didn't spoil our holiday, as apartment was perfect, but a shame, as Mondello could have been very pretty.

Pros: balcony was nice, as overall flat details and distance to sea (10min walk)

Cons: not many shops/bar around, but it was low season anyways

Pros: Everything was amazing very clean very comfortable. And providing you with bicycles and sea umbrella. Thank you very much Enrico for your help. Definitely we will back again

Pros: Location - less than 10 minutes walk to the beach, bakery and minimarket. Easy communication with the host, usually replies within few hours. Host Enrico met us at the check-in and gave us details about the neighbourhood, which seems to be a safe place. Only 25 minutes to Palermo by bus. Bikes and umbrella rental are free of charge. Air conditioning works perfectly. Highly recommended! Few things that could be improved - We rented 1 bed apt with balcony. Kitchen equipment is really basic, pots and pans are burnt. Fridge is too noisy to get comfortable sleep on the sofa. There are plenty of ants, so all food must be stored in the fridge. We've been asked to respect quiet hours, but at the same time, there were 2 small house construction work starting at 7am, and a dog barking all day. This was not a big issue for us, as we spent most of the time at the beach. There was strong smell of gas in the apartment coming from the gas boiler.

Cons: Price seems to be high when compare to apartments we rented in Spain, Portugal or Croatia.
