Amazing stay at Appartamenti Penelope

Pros: The apartment was very cosy and comfortable, very clean, and had pretty much everything that we needed for our stay. Amazing location, not even a 10-minute walk to the beach. Edi, the host, was very responsive when communicating. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were looked after during our stay. Additionally, transport was easy from the apartment location to the main area of Palermo. Overall, we had a wonderful stay! Thank you, Edi 😊

Sweet and cosy apartment near Mondello beach and Palermo

Pros: We like everything - nice position(close to the beach and supermarkets,to the bus stations- to Palermo),comfort and cleanliness... Maria is very kind person who helped us with everything we needed,thanks for everything! We are sure that we will come again here!

Nice and cozy apartment in a quiet area of Mondello. It takes some walking to get to the central beach area of the town,

Pros: Lovely quiet and safe area. Clean and well equipped apartment with great roof terrace. Small shop and bus access is close

Cons: Was perfect for our stay, but maybe a wine opener would be useful for some occasion 😃

Pros: A wonderful and attentive host. He met us at the airport and was constantly in touch. Despite the language barrier, we got along perfectly with the translator. The apartment had all necessary detergents, coffee, salt, sugar. Quiet area and close to the sea. A wonderful beach and clean sea. Invited on a tour to Montreal and Cefalu, showed great places and delicious local food in Palermo. Definitely recommend. Grazie!😌

Nice Sicilian holiday home close to the beach :)

Pros: Typical Sicilian home, about 15 min walk from Mondello beach, close to a local mini market. A big kitchen/living area with air con, good size rooms, a lovely terrace upstairs with nice new deck chairs, 2 tables and 2 big umbrellas, as well as clothes drying rack. The host was nice and helpful, even though he did not know English, we were still able to communicate via Google translate :) The area where the house is situated felt safe and not too noisy as for Sicily :)

Cons: Unfortunately no air con in the bedrooms which made it difficult to sleep! It was very hot in the bedrooms even though there were fans in each room. A few things were missing in the kitchen - a chopping board, wine/beer glasses, a kettle and a toaster, also there was only a gas hob and no oven to prepare food. If these things and air con in bedrooms were available, I would have given the property a rating of 10 as we did like staying there:)

Pros: location, cleanliness, amenities, everything you needed for a great holiday

Cons: the knife in the kitchen was not sharp enough to cut meat, water was leaking a little from under the shower stall

Pros: 1. The apartment was good and spacious. 10 mins walk to the beach. 2. value for money

Pros: Typical Italian style of the accomodation, air-con, coffee machine, washing machine available.

Cons: All good.

Was nice to stay there

Pros: The host was always punctual to help. The apartment has everything you need, well equipped, and for the summer is perfect as in the apartment is not too warm. Close to the beach also but not too close so you can enjoy the calm.

Cons: Some noise of the neighborhood but because of the works on the closest building

Great apartment near Mondello beach.

Pros: Apartment was in a great location and host made it very easy for us to get in. Stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect for what we were looking for. Host was very accommodating and helped out lots. Would definitely recommend.
