Appartamenti Cavarretta Seminterrati

Pros: The apartment was very comfortable and walking distance from Mondello beach. The people all along the neighbourhood was very nice and friendly. Sr. Tony was really helpful and friendly showing us all around making sure we were good walking by ourselves. There is also public transport by the door and supermarket is a block away. I already want to come back.

Pros: It was closer to great restaurants and cafes and not too far from Mondello beach.

Cons: The hot water was running a bit low but in summer is not really a problem

Pros: Nothing bad to say,very good position of apartament (10 min walk for beach) with market shop a 2 minutes walk and bus stop in front of location.The owner very helpful and present.The apartament is very clean and not missing nothing to make you feel comfortable,even coffee machine ready,we definitely choice again the same apartament if will be free.

Pros: The owner was really hospitable. He gave us transfer from and to the aiport at a very reasonable price, despite the late hour of our arrival. As a gift, he also brought us to Monreale and Cefalu (two important towns to see in the neighbourhood) during our stay. The apartment is spacious, more than enough for 2 people.

Cons: The apartment is in the basement with only highly palced, small windows. Therefore it is darker than the average.

Mondello da vivere

Pros: Bellissimo appartamento, molto grande e spazioso. Il signore che ci ha accolto è stato molto gentile.

Cons: Pensavo che ci fosse il balcone

Pros: Persone disponibili, l'appartamento era pulitissimo e molto ampio, si deve fare una bella camminata per andare al centro, ma per il resto era perfetto!

Pros: La posizione è centrale e a pochi passi dalla fermata dell’autobus. L’appartamento è ampio e ben arredato. Il proprietario molto accogliente, ci ha portato in appartamento e in aeroporto e ci ha fatto fare un giro di un pomeriggio per visitare i luoghi più difficili se non avessimo avuto la macchina.

Pros: Recensione seria: Ottimo appartamento situato a pochissimi km dal centro e dalla spiaggia di mondello, appartamento grazioso e possiede assolutamente tutte le comodità necessarie. staff molto ma molto disponibile ,io posso confermare che anche se ce stato qualche errorino qua e la è tutto molto risolvibile e ne vale assolutamente la pena. per i mezzi ce la fermata del bus affiancato all appartamento ,come esci ce l hai davanti, noi abbiamo utilizzato anche uber,si ragazzi ce uber quindi utilizzatelo a orari particolari come la sera dopo la serata in discoteca :) conad a pochi metri dall appartamento quindi comodissimo e ottima pasticceria sempre lungo la via per le ottime colazioni

Cons: è situato nel piano del seminterrato quindi ci saranno delle scale un po pericolose se non si sta attenti a guardare sotto i piedi, non ci sono tapparelle per chi ha il sonno leggero fa un po fatica a gestirla,abbiamo parlato con lo staff e ha cercato di rimediare il problema, e il cagnolino che ci svegliava in tarda mattinata non è stato molto simpatico, ma tutto sommato direi che è tutto perfetto!
