Casa Relax Mondello

lovely flat in a great location

Pros: Great location close to restaurants and the beach, as well as the natural park, would definitely stay again, overall great value for money, given two separate bedrooms.

Cons: it was at times loud at night from motorcycles or cars in one room, and other guests staying up in a courtyard in the other, but was altogether bearable.

Mondello by the sea

Pros: Our host was extremely helpful. We arrived late in the evening but found a decent selection of bars and restaurants at our disposal. After checking out, we were invited to enjoy a coffee and store our baggage at the family owned store.

Cons: The beds were rather noisy.

Very spacious flat in the heart of Mondello

Pros: This very spacious ground floor flat with two large bedrooms, a large bathroom and brand new kitchen is located in the heart of Mondello, less than 5 minutes' walk to the Piazza where all bar and restaurants are located. The street is mostly quiet. Domenico is welcoming and very helpful (offered restaurant suggestions and assisted with arranging our transport to the airport). There is air-conditioning in both bedrooms and mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. Mondella itself is beautiful. Beaches have fine sand with both lidos and public spaces and the bay has the clearest blue water. Food everywhere is great, especially at Enzo. The croissants at Belvedere are awesome.

Cons: Nothing really. Some of the 2022 reviews comment on poor state of the bathroom but it is clear that the host is making/has made modernisations to the flat each year and is continuing to do so. You get some toilet paper and soap but if you are staying for a longer period (2 days plus), you will need to bring your own. Some reviews have commented on this but in apartments, that is not unusual. It is not a hotel after all.

Super

Pros: A clean and comfortable apartment with a superb location. Close to the beach, restaurants, supermarket, bakery, etc. And the owner was super friendly and kind! We had a very nice time, thank you!

Great place for a family, or long stay in mondello.

Pros: The owner was really nice, and the place has an amazing location honestly. But it definitely wasn't the type of property i needed for my type of vacation. This place is PERFECT if you're more than 2 people and staying for more than 3-4 nights. I only went for two nights so i needed a little more hotel-style comfort regarding the service. They didn't provide any toiletries, soap, and only one toilet paper roll, they don't provide cleaning, and only change sheets once a week. So overall i think it's a perfect place if you travel with family and want to have an independent stay where no one bothers you.

Cons: beds, pillows and shower could've been better - there wasn't toiletries, electric kettle or coffee machine.

Es war eine schöne Wohnung mit einer super Lage!

Pros: Schöne Wohnung für sizilianische Verhältnisse. Der Vermieter Domenico war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten seine Nummer und konnten ihm immer schreiben bei Fragen. Wir haben ihn oft im Ort gesehen und er hat sich immer erkundigt, ob alles passt. Er hat uns auch einen Fahrer zum Flughafen organisiert, welcher nur halb so viel wie ein Taxi gekostet hat. Die Lage ist auch super zu den Restaurants, zum Strand und zu der Bushaltestelle.

Cons: Die Betten haben leider extrem laut gekracht.

Pros: Lokalizacja idealna, blisko centrum ze sklepami, restauracjami i kilka kroków od morza. Gospodarz był bardzo miły i pomocny.

Pros: Wszystko mi pasowalo :) warunki, przestronność, wyposażenie zasługują na rekomendację. Poza tym jest czysto i bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel oraz super lokalizacja! Polecam!
