Pros: Excellent home for vacation close to the Mondello beach. Not so big, but very comfortable villa where you have everything you need. Antonio, the host of property, was so kind and helped us in some details. Thank you!

Pros: Air conditioning in all bedrooms and that the owner had left a lot of things for us so we didn’t have to buy ourselves. Owner was always available when we had problems.
Cons: Showers as we had problems with hot water at times.

We enjoyed being there. It was the best place we ever stayed.
Pros: The host of the villa, Antonio, is very hospitable and caring. He cared about everything even to the smallest detail: shampoo, gel for showers, cleaning items, sockets adaptors, coffee machine, water, ... The Internet is very quick: 740 MB/s. The villa was very clean. There are items for sport: kettlebell, dumbbells, and horizontal bar. The location is quiet and perfect: near to the beach - 7 mins, near to the shop - 4 mins, near to the bakery - 5 mins. There are tables inside home and outside, in the yard.
Cons: The only thing which I found a bit uncomfortable for me is the sofa folding bed and high pillows. When I turn on my side the whole bad is shaking. All other things are perfect.

Molto positivo, da consigliare per una vacanza tranquilla!
Pros: E’ una casa indipendente con spazi esterni da ospitare tutta la famiglia in tranquillità! Provvista di tutto il necessario per una vacanza senza pensieri! Il proprietario è stato molto gentile,accogliente e sempre disponibile a cui rinnovo i nostri ringraziamenti più sinceri.
Cons: Nulla, era adeguata per le nostre esigenze.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt
Pros: Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns bereits netterweise bereits eine große Ladung Wasserflaschen hingestellt. Generell steht der Gastgeber immer für Rückfragen via Smartphone bereit. Einrichtung war sporadisch, aber ausreichend. Wir hatten im Grunde alles, was man für 2 Wochen so braucht. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden - das war super. Wenn man keine Probleme mit Mücken hat (oder ein Mückenspray), kann man außen Frühstücken. Das war wirklich schön. Man hat vor dem Haus eigentlich immer einen Parkplatz bekommen. Der Strand ist in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt auch eine kleine einfache Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Ein paar wenige Restaurants gibt es auch in 10 Minuten Reichweite. Die Nachbarschaft hat auf uns Einheimisch gewirkt. In der Nacht bellen immer mal wieder die Hunde ringsherum. Aber das ist auszuhalten. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Vielen Dank.
Cons: Es gab ein technisches Problem in der Küche, welches hätte vorher behoben werden müssen. Wir konnten uns aber arrangieren. Das Warmwasser in der Dusche ist nicht zuverlässig. Es wechselt häufig. Bei den warmen Temperaturen für Erwachsene kein Problem. Für unsere 3-jährige ist jedes duschen schwer aushaltbar gewesen. (Beides muss man nicht so streng nehmen, aber für uns war es keine günstige Unterkunft.)

Un ambiente confortevole e riservato dove c'era tutto per una vacanza ottima.
Pros: La struttura e gli spazi a disposizione. Da rimarcare la cura di chi ci ha ricevutro...con arancine ed acqua fresca.
Cons: Migliorerei la manunetzione degli infissi, specialmente esterni. Dispiace che non siano al topo dal punto di vista estetico.

Pobyt bardzo przyjemny. Z chęcią bym tam wróciła. Polecam każdemu.
Pros: Cicha, spokojna i urokliwa okolica. Sypialnie klimatyzowane, pełne wyposażenie. Bardzo blisko do plaży. Gospodarz obiektu bardzo pomocy, sympatyczny i gościnny.

Ein gelungener und entspannender Urlaub in Mondello/Sizilien!
Pros: Sehr gepflegtes, voll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Küche, Wohnzimmer und 2 Bädern. Ruhelage - Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Straße. Sehr bemühter und zuvorkommender Unterkunftsgeber! 6 Gehminuten zum Strand von Mondello; zahlreiche Restaurants / Kaffeehäuser und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Bestens für Ausflüge nach Palermo, Cefalu etc. geeignet.
