Josh takes great care and pride in his house,as he should

Pros: The location is perfect: two steps away from the shop,from the beach and cafes! Very family friendly,great space,well kept and maintained. The outdoor space was perfect. I liked a lot the fact that there was coffee,tea,sugar,salt and pepper already there. It is as simple as that. Ah! The shower’s pressure is great!!!

Cons: It does not have a dishwasher,but the sink top is well organised for stacking your dishes :)

Great stay and host, but very noisy

Pros: The host is amazing, very helpful and the location is close to the beach and city center.

Cons: The only downside to that location is the noise. Being at a main street, you can hear all the noise and music from cars because the windows are very old and thin. If you’re a light sleeper I don’t recommend it without earplugs, if not, is a great location.

Lovely for entertaining the family lovely outside space

Pros: Very spacious and clean. Lovely outside space. Very accessible for Mondello square . I would stay there again. Josh was very accommodating. He couldn’t do enough for us.

Cons: The seating was low. I am a wheelchair user. The shower was lovely but a bit dangerous because it was slippery. I couldn’t access the kitchen because the table was in the way.

Very good stay.

Pros: Warm welcome from host who is very friendly and helpful. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Close to piazza and beach.

Cons: One of the bed's mattress is very hard and difficult to sleep on. A little noisy at night with cars driving by blaring music.

Classic large seaside town house.

Pros: Excellent outdoor facilities. Parking was a big plus. Close to everything including the beach.

Josh’s House - a well kept property for families in the heart of Mondello.

Pros: Spacious property which is well renovated and has every thing you need for a pleasurable stay. The property is also well located in the centre of Mondello with cafes and restaurants nearby. The house was very clean. Josh is a great host and overall good person.

Cons: It can get noisy over weekends due to motorbikes being a common mode of transport, however, it is reasonably expected given its central location.

Pros: The location is amazing. 2 mins to the beach and supermarket and restaurants. Beautiful town. We had a lovely new years break. The apt has everything you need.Hearing included as we stayed in Dec. The owner was very helpful. Left us some tangerines and water and juice. Gave us lemons from.his garden and even helped us take our dog to the vet. In summer this would be a perfect vacation desrination, with the use of the big garden /table and chairs that are available.

Cons: The only small thing. The single pane windows allow a lot of noise from the street traffic and neighbours at night/morning. Something to be mindful of but you do get used to it. Also, microwave would be helpful. But all in all all was great.

Pros: We absolutely loved Josh’s house. It was a comfortable and safe oasis in Mondello. We had spent 3.5 weeks traveling around Sicily and was our first ground floor accommodation and we really enjoyed spending time in the gorgeous space outside. Comfortable beds, pillows and couches, it had everything we needed. Josh also helped organise a transfer to the airport and was very helpful with supplying a high chair, cot and even still + sparkling water.

Cons: We couldn’t access channels or streaming services on the main TV. However it wasn’t an issue.

Spacious house in a perfect location in Mondello

Pros: The house is located in a central location close to Piazza Mondello - everything is close: the Mondello beach is just couple of minutes away, the rocky beach at Capo Gallo natural reserve is 10+ minutes. There is a shop and many restaurants walking distance away. Josh is a great host - he picked us at the airport and showed us the main shops/restaurants/ice cream place and even the weekly (Thursday) open market street (on Via Appollo). His daugther Giorgia took us one day for a day trip to Palermo to see the main sights. But there is also an option to take the bus to the city center. The house is very clean and spacious with a big terrace (which was even enjoyable in the great heat waves due to light breeze). Josh and his family were extremely helpful and made the whole stay a great experience. Mille Grazie!

Cons: nothing, everything was perfect

Pros: One of the best our stays via booking - clean, spacious, with good location and private parking spot. Thanks to Josh and his wife - for the conversation and Italian bakery :)
