Beautiful spacious Villa in great location. Local train station walking distance , but car needed for shopping etc . .
Pros: Location was great & the beautiful shaded garden , amazing pool & plenty of space at the property with plenty of shade . The live in staff guy was amazing & the owners bought in some shopping as we arrived late & provided us with an amazing platter of fruit. Jugs of wine , as a gift
Cons: Alll the beds were uncomfortable very hard & most of us did not sleep well . Definitely new mattresses required . Had to ask for new bedding after a week ( our stay 10 days ) . Many things in description not there or in use . No dvd ( we had children ) . Two kitchens but simple things like no scissors , no storage or containers with lids on . Only about 4 wine glasses for up to 13 people. No plastic cups for children . For the price paid no basic things like washing up liquid, cleaning clothes & dishwasher tablets . Very few drying up towels . No black bags for bins . I feel these are essential.

Fabulous stay in beautiful setting!
Pros: The large outside area, gardens the pool and the proximity to the beach and train station.

Amazing house near the sea with huge pool!
Pros: Salim and Alfonso were lovely hosts and extremely accommodating considering we were 8 adults and 2 young children. The Pool is amazing, 15m long and immaculately clean. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. And two kitchens makes making meals very easy.
Cons: The.hot water was a bit limited so we had quick showers.

Delightful villa in beautiful surroundings, next to the beach
Pros: Great villa with excellent amenities. Large outdoor spaces to relax, great pool area and gardens are immaculate.
Cons: Not much hot water for showers, it ran out after 1-2 mins.

Pros: This is a beautiful property on the prom in Campofelice. The outside space is incredible with a well maintained garden and pool and plenty of space for a large group. The rooms are all spacious and en-suite but some mattresses are quite firm. The owner and caretaker are always available to sort any problems which is great. We were especially grateful for the welcome and delicious food on our first night. It would be necessary to have a car if staying here. We would all definitely return.

Lovely family villa with well maintained pool
Pros: The location is perfect for a family gateway, beach straight when you open the gate, all the bars with lovely food and drinks, and close to Cefalu and othe must see places. The pool is amazing and well maintained by a person who loves onside. The pool was cleaned daily. We loved all the decoration and lovely welcoming food and drinks prepared for us.
Cons: Some of the work was done when we were there and some workers came to do repairs that we were unaware there were coming. It's not a typical villa because it's a member of staff living on side but he was lovely and always very helpful.

Pros: Fantastisk stort hus med plads til alle. Fantastisk beliggenhed. Blev så rørt over den modtagelse vi fik. Virkelig lækker mad til alle. Selim var så tjenstvillig og stod altid klar Dejligt at morgenbrød ku købes ved huset

Pros: Wir haben ein grosszügiges Apéro bei der Ankunft erhalten, dies hat uns nach der langen Reise extrem gefreut und war sehr aufmerksam von den Gastgebern. Der Pool ist sehr gross, in einem top Zustand und auch sehr sauber. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepfelgt, der Garten ist wunderschön und der Strand ist quasi vor der Tür. Es hat auch mehrere grosse Tische und genügend verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten, was sehr angenehm war. Das Haus ist allgemein sehr gut ausgestattet: Es gab genügend Dusch- und Strandtücher für alle Gäste und auch eine sehr gute Küchenaustattung, um selbst zu kochen. Selim hat sich während der Woche um die Anlage gekümmert und war daher für Fragen und Anliegen super zu erreichen. Wir konnten uns wirklich super erholen und würden sicherlich wieder buchen.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt
Pros: Wir hatten einen sehr herzlichen Empfang. Hausherr hat uns alle Zimmer gezeigt. Außerdem wurde für uns diverses Essen, Wein und Eis für den ersten Abend vorbereitet. Das war wirklich eine nette Überraschung. Der Pool ist einfach nur ein Traum. Er wurde jeden Tag von Celim, dem Angestellten, der gleich neben unserem Haus wohnte, gereinigt. Celim hat sich auch sonst um alles gekümmert, hat alles perfekt gepasst. Jeden Tag um ca 8.30 Uhr wurde auf der Straße neben unserem Quartier frisches Brot und Gebäck sowie herrliche Croissants verkauft. Der Garten ist einfach nur wunderschön. Es gab mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten für eine große Runde. Jedes Zimmer hatte sein eigenes Bad. Es gab aber auch noch zwei Außenduschen. Der Strand ist einfach nur über die Strasse erreichbar. Es gab auch einige, wirklich gute Lokale in der Nähe zum Essen.
Cons: In unserem Zimmer gab es, außer dem Kasten selbst, gar keine Ablagemöglichkeit für unser Gewand. Auch im Badezimmer hätte noch ein Haken zum Aufhängen der Badetücher nicht geschadet. Die Mikrowelle und das Backrohr haben nicht funktioniert. Aber das sind alles nur Kleinigkeiten, die kaum gestört haben.
