Real and Pitoresc Accommodation and Experience

Pros: Excellent apartment. It is a privilege to have this opportunity to be in a real place without the tourist stamp that is out there and makes all places equal. A picturesque street between the mountain and the beach. Ten steps from the square where everyone meets. Where everyone, without exception, smiles and welcomes.

Pros: Firstly, the location of the apartment is great, walking distance to the Mondello Beach and very close to the bus stops where you can easily get to Palermo or train stations. The apartment has great space for a couple with all needed amenities and a nice terrace looking at the town. The apartment is on the last floor, with a very narrow staircase leading to the apartment door, and it may not be easy to carry a big luggage. Otherwise it's very peaceful and quiet there. The owner is very helpful, always answers any question.

Cons: The bathroom could be refreshed, there's mold on the celling and the water pomp is going on/off very loudly.

Pros: Apartment very nice and neat, well equipped bed very comfortable and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Nice owner and contact with her was no problem as for such a price in such an area great option to stay.

Cons: The only problem was with the very narrow stairs to the very top it did not interfere much, but I see it as the only drawback. Looking from another side it can be seen as an advantage and a good workout for the legs 😅

Pros: The owner was very nice and approachable and fixed our blocked toilet, which I'd caused. The views from the balcony were stunning, and it was in the perfect location. However, the staircase to the apartment is not suitable for everyone and getting our luggage to the apartment was a nightmare. However, I would book there again.

Cons: Narrow step staircase to entrance

Pros: Posizione, pulizia e cordialità dello staff eccellente. Il locale è davvero carino e confortevole. La scala a chiocciola e lo scarico del wc diventano quasi un'attrazione divertente ;)

Pros: Un posto molto bello che si trova vicino alla spiaggia. Una stanza pulita e ben arredata con angolo cottura e terrazzino. Un albergatore molto gentile e disponibile che dà consigli.

Pros: Comodo a 2 passi dal mare qualità prezzo ottimo .. lo consiglio a tutti
