The Signature Level at Grand Palladium Sicilia Resort & Spa

We were very satisfied!

Pros: Everything was great! The staff, the food, and the facilities. The room was clean and beautiful

Cons: It’s a resort and they have everything you need, you’d need a car to get around if you want to visit nearby cities.

Great hotel and with evening dining changes would be at another level

Cons: Signature level was good but evening dining was limited with a la carte dining always booked up Evening buffet was like a canteen

Pros: Hotel grounds excellent ! Staff extremely professional and courteous. The signature level package is a must for peace and tranquillity.

Great anniversary trip with my husband. Staff, food, drinks, pools, & entertainment were great!

Exceptional resort in northern Sicily - not to be missed

Pros: Everything was excellent - from the room, pools, restaurants and entertainment to staff who were always so approachable and friendly.

Great secluded resort from the hustle of Palermo

Pros: It was quiet, beautiful and the staff was very helpful

Cons: The dining choices were unfortunately very limited, they have three main ala carte restaurants at night but they rotate what is open- so the capacity of guests is too much for the dining options. Buffet dining gets a bit tiresome three meals a day and we were not able to try the Asian restaurant- that and they hosted a wedding party at one of the two available restaurants so no normal guest was able to dine. The spa was also very anti-climactic- there were not separate facilities for men and women and the treatments were very expensive and not professional.

A stress free resort with super friendly staff and great facilities!

Pros: Great expansive territory with good facilities. Staff was amazing, especially guys who works in the beach bar : Gabriele Fumoso, Antonio, Lorenzo. They were friendly, professional and helpful! Great guys!

Cons: Restaurants booking system is not great. More restaurant capacity might be needed to enable people to get their desired bookings

Great premium stay! Excellent food and excellent service!

Pros: Absolutely great hotel! Didn't regret that I chose it at all and had a great premium experience. Very cozy and nice bungalow, close access to the sea, good pool with a lot of place around, absolutely fantastic food.

Cons: I have just 2 small points to mention: hotel room size on site is counting quite sizable bathroom. When I was booking 23 sq m room, I was expecting different size of the accommodation. In reality the room was small, the bathroom was of great size. In general I have a point on this and try not to chose small rooms below 20m, therefore it was a disappointment. However, I have to say next day I didn't care about it already, as the room was wisely planned and was very cozy. 2nd: this is the first hotel in my experience of such a high class, where you need to pay 20 euro to go to sauna. Never ever faced this and don't think this is normal, if you buy premium level at 5 start hotel.
