Convenient and cozy

Pros: The hostel is comfortable, there is a lot to do in the territory. The rooftop and the terrace are amazing. The personel is very friendly and hospitable.

Cons: Didn’t have the hot water in the shower on the first day, because of lack of power in the pipes with less tourists.

Pros: This is literally the most clean, cosy and awesome hostel i have ever been to! The staff were super friendly and There are a lot of common areas with games and fun stuff to do and its also located at a perfect spot in the city. super beautiful!

Pros: The greatest staff i've ever seen; very kind, very helpful, very generous. With 10 minutes walking from city center, beautifully decorated rooms and spaces I can easily tell that Ostello Bello Palermo is one of the top three hostels I've ever stayed in. The community was also so good, my roommates and the other guests were very so positive as well. I can't wait to visit again.

Pros: I loved the whole experience - a very nice hostel giving home to travelers. Thanks to the warmhearted staff all are welcome. The interior is aesthetic and the kitchen fully equipped - there is even free food :)

Pros: Absolutely loved my stay at this hostel! The hostel itself is very beautiful clean and cozy, the area and location is very nice. Everyone here is just amazing, super friendly and helpful. Huge thanks to Juan, he helped with everything during my stay! Honestly, the whole team is fantastic. I was the best experience ever, can’t wait to come back!

I would recommend going to Palermo just for this hostel ;) lots of love

Pros: Everything was very nice. The staff are amazing and the facilities are great. I gave up on hostels but this one changed everything.

Cons: I only wanted to stay one night but I couldn’t get away! My morning ritual: go to the reception and ask for an extra night, they gave them very generously <3

Pros: Ostello Bello Palermo feels more like a creative home than just a place to stay. The design is thoughtful, warm, and full of character, with beautifully arranged common areas that invite you to relax and connect. The atmosphere is welcoming, vibrant, and balanced — social without being overwhelming. You can really feel the care put into creating a space where guests feel comfortable and inspired.

Ostello Bello is tattooed on my heart.

Pros: Both the volunteers and staff at OB Palermo have an effortless warmth which at once disarms and envelops you. I extended my stay during the off-season to see more of Sicily, but rarely found myself away from the hostel. Each check-out experience was considerate and enjoyable. The reception desk contains multitudes of recommendations: day trips, how to dress for the season, which roads to wander, or which book to read. The morning coffee is made with heart, the kitchen is replete - enough for a home-cooked meal or birthday cake - and each evening is a chance to meet someone who may literally mark you for life. A final point - I highly recommend you share a meal at the restaurant Oriente da Shapoor near Ballaró Markets. Shapoor is an artist.

Pros: I had a great time at Ostello Bello Palermo. Everything was clean, the staff were amazing, and the hospitality was outstanding. Special thanks to Fabrizio and Juan, the managers — they really go above and beyond to make sure every guest has a great stay. There are daily events where you can meet other guests and have fun together, which makes the atmosphere even better. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely come back.
