Pros: Very communicative and helpful host, check in possible even very late, and if there are no guests later on, even check out is also possible late. We also got room upgrade for free. It is an apartment where there are 3 separate and lockable rooms, each with its own private bathroom, and the fully equipped kitchen is common for all three rooms. All very clean. Neighborhood felt safe and calm, reasonably clean. Couple of restaurants nearby, also very close is bus stop with main bus routes 101, 102, as well for the bus 806 to beaches. Train station Lolli with direct trains to airport about 15 minutes walk. City centrum in also in waling distance.

When you visit the place for the first time and feel like home, that was it :)

Pros: The localization is perfect for sightseeing the very centre of Palermo, as well as communicating via bus or train with more distant spots, including the airport. A bunch of great place to eat within 3-5 minutes walk. Still it was pretty silent during the night. The appartment is neat, clean and very comfortable for single person and for a couple as well. Both the room and the kitchen are well equiped, so it's convenient enough to prepare a meal on your own. Famiglia market is right across the street, open 7/24:) What was absolutely stunning was the contact with the host, his support, advices and anticipating my needs before I even thought of them. Great room in Palermo

Pros: Great apartment for our stay in Palermo. Host was very friendly and helpful and made storing our luggage after we had checked out possible.

Great room, great host, great city!

Pros: Great room in a great location, kitchen facilities (coffee machine and coffee) were appreciated. Host service was exceptional! Highly recommend.

Fantastic, we loved our stay!

Pros: 📍Great location! Just a short walk to the city centre, with a shopping street and a large supermarket conveniently down the road. The area feels safe and pleasant to walk around. 👤 The host was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. 🔑 Check-in and check-out were very easy thanks to the key lockbox located right outside the main door. 🛏️ The room was clean and comfortable, with soundproof windows that kept out any street noise. The bed was cosy, the AC worked perfectly, and there were plenty of thoughtful touches - shampoo, a compact hair dryer, a kettle, beach umbrellas, a small laundry rack on the balcony, and lots of extra towels. 🍽️ There’s also a well-equipped shared kitchen (shared between three rooms), which was very convenient. ❗Good to know: the rooms are on the second floor and only accessible by stairs.

Cons: None of these were deal breakers. We’d happily stay here again! The pros definitely outweigh the cons. The bed was squeaky and there’s a water pump behind the bathroom that runs whenever water is used in the flat, but it wasn’t too disruptive.

Nice room to stay at a good location

Pros: We stayed three nights and it was a really comfortable stay in Palermo:) The location is great with restaurants and shops nearby and walking distance to all the Palermo historic sights. Roberto is great host, responsive and helpful with tips where to eat and so on. Also I have enjoyed the small espresso maker in the shared kitchen and sipping that coffee on the small typical Italian balcony:)

Cons: Only thing what would be great to have is some private small table and chair in the room in case of need of working. But there are shared tables in the kitchen so its doable.

Pros: The host Roberto it s very helpfull, the location it s also great, center of town good neighboor, and the room was clean and comfy

Pros: Excellent host, helped with extra towels and recommendations for good restaurants. Comfortable small room, enough for what was needed. Nice kitchen with coffee and moka pot.

Very pleasant stay in the city of Palermo

Pros: Very friendly host, we got a lot of recommendations from him and he made our stay really special. Room and bathroom were clean There was the kettle in the room and variety of teas Location of the apartment is really good - the street is not so crowded, but it's near to the city center (around 20 mins walk), nice cafes and bars nearby Overall, very very good experience

Cons: Room was little bit to small, but it's fine for the short stay In our apartment we could hear some kind of pump from outside it was working few times per night, so sometimes it was waking me up Some small shelf in the shower would be really useful

Great property, would stay again

Pros: Clean , neat , perfect size room and bathroom . Apartment has a good location. Roberto is an excellent host , makes sure you have everything you need and provides recommendations for the area.
