Nice location.

Pros: Very well located, close to the train station and some of the main neighbourhoods.

Comfy and clean place close to rail station

Pros: Great budget-friendly place. Its close to all of the sightseeing places and the central railstation. The family who runs the place is super nice and helpful. There were other guests at the apartment. Nonetheless, it was quiet and we did not feel bothered by anyone. As others have already written, the bathroom is being kept very clean. I would recommend the place if you are looking for something budget-friendly and to feel comfortable at.

Pros: I actually recommend it,close to city center in just 5mins walk from the train station. The owner was cheerful and friendly

Perfekt location for everyone who likes to experience Palermo at day and at night

Pros: Perfect located, 10 min footwalk from the central station and all the bars are just across the street. The rooms were clean and sharing a bathroom was no problem, because there are two for four rooms. In the kitchen was everything you need to prepare the food you can buy from the markets around the quarter. Lots of restaurants around and a bus stop in front of the house. The owners and the housekeeping are very friendly and even stored our luggage for us.

Cons: For us it was no problem, but people who like it very quiet at night should consider, that the street is very buisy and enlived. It is an old (and beautiful) building, so of course its not super soundproofed.

Pros: Very good location. Not noisy. Very good owners. Possibility to.leave luggage. Room was good quality. It is possible to use kitchen.

Pros: Great location, wonderfull old - style tenement, very friendly host allow to let my belongings aftre check-out.

Suitable for those who look for a centrally located and reasonably priced accomodation.

Pros: Very good located,within walking distance from both the central station and the sightseeings.Simple but clean rooms,very kind and helpful hosts,special thanks for helping me out with a charger when my went wrong, and taking care of my luggages after check out time.

Cons: Shared bathroom but it was my fault to not read carefully enough the desciption.

Strategic place to stay, comfortable and good price!

Pros: The apartment is located in a strategic area, two blocks from the train station. The bus that takes you to the beach stops at the door. There is a supermarket two blocks away. It is very close to all the important points of the city that you want to visit. The owners are very friendly, they are always in the apartment if you need help. The room is very large and comfortable. The bathroom is shared but I always found it clean and in good condition. You can cook and enjoy food in the shared kitchen. I recommend it and would stay here again.

Cons: The apartment is located on a main avenue and at night there is a lot of noise. In any case, the owner gives you earplugs so you can rest well. It is something to keep in mind for people who cannot sleep easily due to noise.

Pros: Very atmospheric and ample room, great location, very friendly and helpful host. The whole package.

Pros: Central location and spacious room. Good size functional shared kitchen

Cons: Unfortunately central location also meant crazy amount of noise around the clock. Single pane windows didn’t help. Some parts in need of repair (toilets, showers)
