Pros: The apartment is very close to train station. Easy to find parking spot nearby. It's fully equipped.Higky recommend.

Cons: There's little daylight in the room. Also, 10 EUR fot 15 minutes of washing machine is a robbery.

We liked everything in the apartment, felt welcomed there, but could sleep only with earplugs

Pros: - Very well-stocked kitchen and bathroom - Awesome hosts, very helpful and welcoming, left us some water, wine and food to welcome us into the apartment, stayed in touch the whole time as well - Good location in Santa Flavia, a couple of minutes from the train station, and in turn around 20 minutes from Palermo - A few small supermarkets on the neighbouring street, pizzerias, fruit/veggies stalls, etc. It's probably the liveliest street there. - Comfortable beds - Great coffee machine, hosts also left some coffee and tea which was enough for us for the whole stay

Cons: - Noise in the night coming either from somewhere in the building or the supermarket in front of the apartment, and in general people behave at night like no one is there like no one is sleeping or anything (honking, yelling). - Basically, there are no beaches, but that's the problem of the whole of Italy, not only Sicily and not only Santa Flavia None of that of course is the host's fault but that's the info I would want to know in advance I think

Pros: Very clean and nicely decorated apartment. The owner was kind and very helpful. Great location - just 3mins from the train station and 5mins to the beach.

Cons: It was a bit inconvenient for us as a family with a child,because whole apartment is just one room.

Wonderful stay in Santa Flavia

Pros: Spacious room, great location (easy walk to the beach, 3min away from train station), safe area, good cafes/bakery/markets around, super friendly host!

Cons: The Wi-Fi is very slow. Il Wi-Fi è veramente lento.

Kényelmes, jól felszerelt lakás.

Pros: Nagyon szép, kényelmes, kiválóan felszerelt, otthonos lakás, megfelel a leírtaknak. Barátságos, segítőkész házigazda, akivel könnyű volt a kapcsoltatás. Vasútállomás pár percre, ingzenes utcai parkolás a ház közelében lehetséges.

Consigliato per la posizione e per la disponibilità dello staff

Pros: Posizione molto comoda per girare tutte le zone limitrofe , staff molto presente e gentile

Pros: Sabrina est une personne très agréable et très réactive qui a su nous conseiller sur les endroits à visiter et restaurants à tester aux alentours. La maison est très fonctionnelle et proche de la gare pour se déplacer facilement. Beaucoup de places de parking gratuites autour de la maison. Nous avons eu l’agréable surprise d’avoir un apéritif de bienvenue dès notre arrivée. À recommander. Merci pour tout.

Pros: appartamentino accogliente con tutti i comfort. la proprietaria disponibile e premurosa per qualsisi problema. ci siamo trovati bene. a pochi metri c'era tutto il necessario, alimentari,pizzeria,poste, etc... lo consiglio a tutti.

Cons: internet lento. assenza di una smart tv molto utile per clienti stranieri.

Pros: Struttura pulitissima e super accogliente! Proprietaria super gentile e disponibile. La consiglio!
