Pros: Perfekte Lage: Direkt am Meer, Zugang zum Strand über Grundstück. Centro von Sant‘Elia mit Bars, Restaurants, Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar.

Tolle Lage mit Blick und Zugang zum Meer und zum Capo.

Pros: Die Lage ist genial. Der Blick auf das Meer und das Capo ist wunderbar. Der direkte Zugang zum Strand ist super, damit hatten wir einen ruhigen Platz im Garten an den Tagen mit voller Belegung des Strandes. Der Strand hat Kiesel und ist einigermaßen flach (nicht für Kleinkinder geeignet). Die meisten Besucher des Strands und des Ortes ind Italiener, so dass alles authentisch wirkt - sehr angenehm. In direkter Nähe ist ein tolles Restaurant. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, wir haben auch zweimal gekocht. Die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern sind gut.

Cons: In dem Haus gibt es in Summe 4 Wohnungen, so dass das Parken im Hof manchmal eine Herausforderung war. Wie es in warmen Ländern üblich ist, gibt es Mücken, aber wir waren vorbereitet.

Ottimo appartamento con opportunita di sviluppo ulteriore

Pros: La posizione fantastica, la vista del mare e del giardino con i limoni, le terrazze con i mobili esterni. Le camere e bagni comodi. Il gestore molto disponibile e simpatico. Il parcheggio sia dentro che fuori. L’accesso diretto alla spiaggia e il mare sono pure fantastici.

Cons: La prima sera abbiamo avuto un po’ di difficolta tecniche, che sono state risolte il giorno dopo. La cucina è funzionale, ma un appartamento in una tale posizione meriterebbe una cucina al livello, meno improvvisata. Non c’entra con la casa, ma peccato anche per la spiaggia un po’ sporca (rifiuti di plastica portati dal mare, o detriti lasciati da chissachi) cosa che si vedeva anche nelle altre spiagge e le citta vicine. Spero che il comune o gli ONLUS facciano un po’ di pulizie prima dell’inizio stagione e che mettano dei contenitori per la spazzatura fissi e coperti che resistino al vento.

Cosa vuoi di più?

Pros: Tutto. La casa è ottima, ben arredata e con tutti i servizi necessari. Il giardino è meraviglioso, con l'accesso alla spiaggia ed un panorama mozzafiato. Laura gentilissima a soddisfare tutte le richieste.

Cons: Nulla. Un unico appunto, per una struttura con sei posti letto ci sono solo due armadi piccoli, uno per stanza, né aggiungerei un terzo.

Pros: Soggiorno molto gradevole con vista spettacolare sul golfo.

Great views from spacious apartment

Pros: (Casa Fili) A spacious apartment for 2 with a well equipped kitchen. It has a very nice view over the ocean and the capo, with nice relax chairs on the private porch in the shade. The garden is also nice, though it needed some maintenance when we were there, so it doesn’t look as manicured as on the pictures. Access to the (pebbles) beach is easy via some stairs and there is a small kiosk right beneath.

Cons: The whole building consists of several separate apartments and the one above us appeared to be a group apartment (or they hired a couple of ‘m), so in the evening the group sat right above us on their balcony, and…well…groups can be noisy till late. The town itself (Sant’ Elia or Porticcello) is withun walking distance and has some restaurants, but is not overly exciting or lively (in early Sept).
