Great short term spot

Pros: Perfect little home. There were 3 couples, 6 people in total staying. Property is pretty new and has everything required. The photos don’t do this place justice. It’s very cute. The pool area is lovely and it’s close to a lot of main beaches in San Vito.

Cons: I don’t recommend this for more than 4 people (2 couples). The stair case is very noisy and creaky and it can be hard to have enough space for everyone. Also there was a coffee machine but no coffee or pods. Would have been great to have some coffee for the house. Also, while this property says San Vito it is not in San Vito specifically, it is just on the outskirts. You Will absolutely need a car if you plan on renting this place.

Relaxing and modern living with a touch of luxury in the pool area

Pros: Beautiful apartment style rooms with all necessary amenities for a self catering style holiday. Close enough to San Vito but also great little village of Macari 300m away with bakery/bar and lovely restaurant. The pool is great, infinity style, and the staff are pretty relaxed. There is a central cafe area for drinks, water and snacks. Secure parking available but you have to be told how to get to it. There are steps from the car park to the rooms. Other than that it was a beautiful stay. Very welcoming, hospitable and friendly. The rooms are clean and modern with plenty of extras. We would definitely come back here.

Cons: When you are locating the property, look for Costa Azzurra and not the name of your apartment. The building is really distinctive because there is a tower style building at the front with two paintings on either side. You can’t miss it

Pros: Ottima posizione, Bellissimo tramonto sul mare, staff ottimo, consigliata.

Villetta con uno splendido panorama sul golfo di Macari

Pros: La casa Cuffa è munita di tutti i comfort. È molto comoda ed accogliente . Gli elettrodomestici, stoviglie e i doppi servizi sono un valore aggiunto. Gli spazi sono adeguati anche in caso di permanenza di 5 persone. Le foto sono aderenti alla realtà.

Cons: Per l’alloggio segnalo che il letto ricavato dal divano zona giorno è rumoroso e scomodo. Nel caso si dorma con finestre aperte si sente il traffico stradale verso e da San Vito lo Capo. Per il residence: la via di accesso al parcheggio interno è collocata su un tratto di strada intensamente trafficato. Il fondo della stradella di accesso al residence ha asperità che in caso di auto basse possono creare problemi. L’auto è indispensabile per raggiungere il mare e i servizi.

Séjour très agréable

Pros: Le logement est bien situé, très confortable et fonctionnel, la terrasse avec vue sur mer et le coucher de soleil est absolument magnifique. De nombreux transats pour se prélasser dessus et on peut manger en extérieur. La cuisine est bien équipée, et nous avons été accueillis avec tout le nécessaire pour notre petit déjeuner. La piscine entre mer et montagne est très agréable. Voiture indispensable pour accéder aux commerces.

Cons: Un parasol sur la terrasse aurait été bienvenu. Le ballon d’eau chaude est très petit et non suffisant pour tout le logement.

Una vacanza da sogno in una terra che non le è da meno

Pros: Si tratta di una struttura magnifica per posizione,qualità e caratteristiche della casa, completezza ed efficienza delle dotazioni. Assistenza tempestiva e cortesia per ogni esigenza.

Pros: Fantastischer Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Schöner Pool. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Gute Betreuung durch Sebastian. Wir haben die Unterkunft mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Kind bewohnt und hatten ausreichend Platz.

Cons: Das Schlafsofa war etwas unbequem.

Wunderbare Unterkunft für Sonnenhungrige

Pros: Die Appartementanlage ist im April ruhig und liegt einige Km entfernt von San Vito lo capo. Die Sonnenuntergänge und die Sicht aufs Meer von unserem Appartement ist nicht zu übertreffen. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet eine stilvolle Einrichtung und eine grosse Küche. Mit den beiden Stockwerken bot es uns als 5-köpfige Familie genügend Platz. Es ist ein guter Ausgamgspinkt um mit einem Mietwagen verschiedene Strände, Städtchen oder den Naturpark Zingaro anzufahren.

Cons: Das Knacken der Klimaanlage.

Pros: La casa è meravigliosa … vista tramonto eccezionale … il posto giusto dove potersi rilassare totalmente

Pros: La posizione,, l aperitivo in veranda davanti a quei tramonti è qualcosa di speciale
