Pros: Perfect for our group. We had 8 people, 4 in each flat. Place was clean and tidy. Plenty of clean towels. Nice and easy for parking too (it can be tricky in San Vito Lo Capo if you don’t have a parking space).

Cons: Only a couple of minor things, in the upstairs flat the shower was a bit erratic, changing from boiling to freezing all the time. As Brits we could have done with a kettle to make tea. Just little things.

A home away from home - amazing

Pros: The apartment felt really modern, very clean, it had everything you could need. We really felt like it was a home away from home.

Cons: Only 2 things: the balcony looks over the car park and it’s about a 10 min walk from the centre. However this wouldn’t stop me from booking it again or recommending it to friends and family!

Schöner Aufenthalt in San Vito

Pros: Sehr saubere und geräumige Unterkunft, zentral gelegen. Vor allem die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet wenn man kochen möchte. Die Unterkunft hat einen großen Balkon und eine Riesen Dachterrasse mit schönem Ausblick. Zu Fuß ist man schnell am Strand und bei vielen Restaurants es ist aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen privaten Parkplatz für den Mietwagen.

Cons: Einmal ist das Wasser ausgefallen, es wurde aber sofort ein Klempner gerufen der es wieder gerichtet hat.

Settimana di relax a san Vito

Pros: C’era tutto l’occorrente che si potesse immaginare, un bel terrazzino dove mangiare e un terrazzo più grande sopra con le sdraio dove prendere il sole o guardare le stelle… parcheggio privato dentro il condominio dove è localizzato l’appartamento. I Signori Fontana sono stati assolutamente accoglienti e disponibili a dare consigli durante la permanenza.

Estupenda casa para unas vacaciones

Pros: La ubicación, cercana a la playa, 10inutos. Una urbanización muy tranquila, sin ruidos y con plaza de aparcamiento. El apartamento muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para unas buenas vacaciones.

Cons: El agua caliente era un poco difícil de controlar.

Pros: The apartment was wonderful spotless, with big terrace and a rooftop with great views. It is equiped with literally everything. The hosts were very nice and allowed us to leave the bags earlier since we arrived early in the morning. Would definititely recommend.
